Beisen Key Safe Realtor Lock Box with Set-Your-Own Combination Lock

Warning: I'm a Realtor so dependability is huge. I made my first purchase of this particular Beisen and couldn't be more disappointed. Brand new. Lasted seven showings. It's awful to get the call from a frustrated agent telling me my lockbox didn't work. The little silver button was completely frozen. Resulted in bolt cutters, new key, and a seller wondering why I didn't get better quality.

Was great while it lasted, about 30 days or so, and then stopped working. No matter how many times I entered the code (same code that worked many times prior it refused to open). Late at night I ended up having to run to Home Depot to get a replacement. This proofs you get what you pay fro - I advise spending the extra money and getting something more reliable.

I meant to write this months ago and forgot until I came across the lock box. I bought it to put out by my shed to hold the key so every time I forget to take the key with me I'd wouldn't have to go back to the house. It has never worked! We followed the instructions precisely and it's stuck locked and we can't open it. It's useless to me now. I'm really glad I didn't put the key in it.

I purchased this product to go with the Guardian 911 Alert system and they were purchased at the same time. I bought the alert system for my mother who lives 65 miles away and I was concerned that if something happened I am too far away. The reasoning behind the lock box is so the Police /Paramedics could gain access to the house without knocking down the door. With the alert system you can converse with 911 and give them the code to gain access to the house.My mother had a slight issue changing the factory code but I was able to do it without an issue so if you are ordering for the elderly make sure you are available to help them with the new code. Other than that it's a great product

I find this to be the best-priced lockbox. There are several on the market, and in the category of the ones that have a good shackle and easy to use (easy to manipulate the numbers, easy to open and place the key) this one is the cheapest one - which is why I always get this one. There are cheaper lockboxes, but they have dial combination which takes longer or a side compartment - which fits only 1 key. So overall amongst the boxes that are large and easy to use, this is definitely my first choice.

My only complaint with this product is how long it took to arrive! By time these arrived, I had been waiting so long (weeks), I had so many properties to place them on and was back out all over again!

Needed something to keep a spare house key in as we often get locked out (don't ask). This fits on our grill handle well and holds our keys. Combo lock is easy to set and it works well overall.

Guys this is for 1 or max 2 SINGLE keys WITHOUT a key chain, otherwise it will not close. Super small keylock, very less practical use, there is literally no space in side the keybox. Designers of this lock must take into consideration the keychain and varying size of keys. I will return it back no use to me...
