Short and to the point
I’ll admit I purchased this book because of the price. There are so many healing modalities out there and as a practitioner I am forever curious to learn. That also means I don’t want to spend hundreds on a modality that may not enhance my practice. So a quick easy read is great. As a Eutaptics practitioner I see a connection to Meridian points and even combining this modality with Two-Point / Matrix Energetics / Quantum Entrainment.I loved that the book is clean and direct - some history and then application. And visuals - the pictures help a lot.

Loved This!!
I want to give a shout out to the author, Susan M. Brooks for writing/creating an easy to follow amazing book. I have known the author for a few years now and have had the opportunity to experience her fantastic abilities. She has made the idea of self-healing a reality for so many and this book is a testament to that. The ideas presented in here are helpful, simple and more importantly work!! I have suffered from some medical issues and by applying these holds, I feel better physically and mentally. I would recommend this for anyone that wants to heal from the inside out and have better balance in his/her life.

Susan Brook's book is chock full of actionable, easily understandable, and accessible information. Her decades of experience as an international Jin Shin Jyutsu teacher and practitioner have uniquely positioned her to offer step-by-step guidance and insights that arm readers with tangible knowledge and skills to help themselves. How do I know this? Not only have I read the book in detail and practiced its guidance, but I have had the opportunity to be Susan's student and client over the years. Ist vielleicht die Geschichte zur Entstehung dieses Buches nachahmenswert? Schön ist auch, dass zahlreiche tolle Zitate eingestreut sind.Das eBook hat ein Inhaltsverzeichnis, so dass man im Bedarfsfall das gewünschte Thema direkt anspringen kann. (Ist nicht selbstverständlich, wie ich gelernt habe).Also wer mit dem Englischen klarkommt ... klare Empfehlung.
