DO NOT HESITATE
Their personalized brands are amazing! Used to it to make coasters for our wedding (pic is of a pre-sanded brand). That means it was heated up and used for over 200 of these..! About half way through I reached out to the seller because thr brand wasn't as clear. I'm not sure if it was user error (probably from being heated up so many times) but the seller made no hesitation in walking me through the process and sending me a new one to finish our wedding coaster! Great, simple, BEAUTIFUL product and AMAZING customer service! Thank you for not being a bump in our wedding planning road... lord knows it's difficult enough!

Would of been cool but
Got three stamps in and the handle broke off and stamp dropped on floor. Luckily not on my foot. Unable to put stamp back on because threads are messed up. Must of happened when it broke off. Idk. Can’t use at all without a handle. It takes a while to heat up and keep hot enough to do more than one stamp.

Very well made.
Arrived on time and in perfect condition.I spent some time getting the temp just right to brand a wood product.Once you figure out the temp, looks almost like a laser created the design on the items.

Perfect size
This is just what I needed to stamp my woodwork. Perfect size and identifies me. It will be used on everything I build and give to my friends.

Looks good but it’s tough to get used to it.
Product is well made and looks good. All the words were properly laid out.It would help to provide some guidance on how long to heat as a first time user will have to experiment many times to get it right. Example: on a gas stove heat for xx minutes. It does take a while and some practice on applying equal pressure. I would advise folks to keep it simple as a more complex monogram can take much higher skill level to get it right on wood or leather. I still enjoy using it.
