Pretty good for the price
My baby loves these! We fill them with pureed fruit and plain greek yogurt. Our daughter is 8 months old and really wants to try to feed herself. She can easily do that with these- the handle is a nice, thick loop which is super easy for her little hands to hold and control. The portion size is perfect- they hold about two tablespoons, which is enough to satisfy her desire for a popsicle without brain freeze setting in. The other nice thing about the small portion is that they freeze relatively quickly- they're solid in about two hours. There is a bit of a well at the base of the handle. When our daughter has gotten down to that last little bit I scrape out the well with a fork. This creates a few small chunks of popsicle that I put on her high chair tray. She enjoys practicing her pincer grip on these little icy bits and they are small enough to not be a choking hazard when she gets them into her mouth. The only downside to these molds are the tabs that lock them together. The tabs started breaking after the third use. The tabs also configure the pop molds into a square, which can be a bit of a space hog in the freezer. The molds can't stand up independently; they only stand when linked together. I've gotten around the breaking tabs by standing each mold in a little juice glass or ramekin while I fill it. I put a crumpled paper towel in one of the door pockets of the freezer. Once a mold has been filled I set it into the folds of the paper towel, which is sufficient to hold it upright while it freezes. The tab issue is annoying, but since they are not on the part of the mold that you give to the baby and for the price of the product, I can live with it. Fortunately, the part that the baby gets is a much sturdier plastic.

Good product
I bought these for my twin toddlers. I thought the short, stubby pops would be easier for first time popsicle eaters - tall skinny pops end up broken on the floor. And the thick stubby handles would be easier to hold for little toddler hands. Also the pops are small so not a lot of waste after only eating half a pop. Also, since they are small they freeze fast. I blended half a banana, a couple frozen strawberries and a yogurt cup and could have filled 8 pops easy. The construction is sturdy and easy to use. The handles click right into the mold and didn't have any issues with leakage.... granted I put them in the freezer level. The mold portion can snap together to form a 'tray' of pops or can be seperated and strategically placed in your freezer. The only CON I have - which really is my fault - is when I tried to seperate the molds right after pulling them out of a deep freezer, three of the tabs that connect them together broke off. So this part of the product is fragile when frozen. This is why I only rated this product four stars. Yes I should have used common sense not to try to unsnap frozen plastic, but given the product is meant to be frozen I would think it could take the stress.Overall I really like the product and even got one for a friend.

Best baby invention I've seen in awhile!
BEST baby invention I've seen in awhile. I was introduced to these by a friend over the summer. She said I could get them at the big box store that starts with a W, but who wants to drag 3 kids there. Amazon came through again. My little guy loves homemade baby popsicles. I've put all sorts of baby food in these and froze them. He loves them all. I would say his favorite is when I mash up a fairly ripe banana and then freeze it in these. The best part is that my 10 month old feels like he gets a popsicle when his big sisters do. I think it also helps with teething. The nice cool food is very soothing and it's a great portion size, versus the regular sized popsicle trays. The reason I gave 4 stars is that they are a bit tricky to pull apart when frozen. I was trying to get one off of the 4 pack when it slipped out of my hand and fell to the floor. Of course the frozen plastic cracked. Now I can't stick all 4 back together again. Oh well. It makes freezing a little trickier, but these are still worth it.

Easy to use, perfect size for toddlers
So I bought these to help relieve teething for my 11-month old son and they work great for that purpose. We fill them up with fruit purees and they freeze quickly into the perfect size popsicle for a little one. The serving size is great for a toddler (or for a guiltily enjoyed adult snack when you unmold one and the kid doesn't want it) and the handles are just the right size for a toddler, although occasionally my kid ends up with the handle in his mouth and the popsicle in his hand. Unless you REALLY torque the popsicle on the way out, they stay intact when you remove them from the molds, which is nice. They're easy to clean - we've put the parts in the dishwasher. The only minor design flaws are that while the popsicle molds come apart into individual servings (a plus,) they are hard to snap back together, and also a tiny amount of popsicle ends up stuck in the mold when you're eating them. This may be endemic to homemade popsicle molds though, so take that criticism with a grain of salt.

Perfect size for young toddlers
I wanted to make homemade popsicles and went a little over-the-top buying 3 sets of molds to find that these Nuk ones are great for very young toddlers just learning to self-feed. Unfortunately, one of the interlocking snaps broke the first time I used it, but it doesn't affect the performance so I haven't bothered to complain.I also bought the Kidco Healthy Snack Frozen Treat Trays which I found to be difficult to remove from the mold once frozen and hard for my one-year-old to grip because the stick is so short (not to mention too sharp for very young kids).I also bought the Norpro 431 4-Piece Silicone Ice Pop Maker Set and loved the design, but thought they were a little large for a very young toddler, though my husband has been using them without complaint! Would have also been nice if they came with a storage container so they don't float loosely in the freezer.

I'd give 2.5 stars but can't figure out how to do half a star!
To be honest I'm pretty disappointed in these little guys. They have little nobs on the bases which you snap together so they sit flat to freeze, then you're supposed to be able to unsnap them to get the little pops out and clean individually. Well now mine have no nobs because they all broke off when I tried to separate the bases. They flew all over my kitchen so I had to stress about finding them before my toddler, who puts everything in his mouth, beat me to it. Don't worry - I found them all, but beating a 1 year old at a game of 'find the tiny plastic pieces' is hardly something to be proud of....unless you're a stay at home mum like myself and it was the most productive thing you did all day. Yay me!!Other than having all these bases that I'm going to have to McGyver together somehow before I can freeze more delicious treats, the product is good. The handles were easy for my toddler to hold and he always finished the treat before getting bored and throwing it to the dog, so the bases hold the perfect amount of liquid. Plus they look super cute.

Break when frozen.
When I first opened these popsicle moulds, I was happy with their size and colour. After filling them and freezing them, the Popsicle moulds, which clip together, broke when I tried to take one off. I tried ubc lipping another one, and it broke too. I am very disappointed. What good are Popsicle moulds if you can't freeze them?

These make great little pops
These make great little pops. I wish the plastic was more durable though, given that it will be in and out of the freezer. I used it once and snapped one of the little connector pieces. :(
