These vegetable-based rennet tablets for making cheese contain no animal products, are gluten-free and Non-GMO. Rennet tablets are convenient to measure and use and have a much longer storage life than liquid rennet. Each tablet can be used for 50l of milk . Use 1/2 tablet for 25 L of milk Use 1/4 tablet for 12 L of milk and so on.
