Bought this for an electric scooter with an 8.5" wheel, definitely not the size advertised. Could tell as soon as I opened it but thought I'd try anyway. Not fit for purpose

The inner tube is damaged and all dirty and old. I am very unhappy with my purchases.

Was very angry at Halfords, as having bought a Carrera Impel IS-1 e-scooter (with aftercare), they are no longer selling replacement inner tubes. I called them and they are unavailable nationwide so you can’t even book it in to be sorted.I had to find a replacement on Amazon, and found this. The dimensions looked good. I can confirm that they fit! (Yay!) HOWEVER, it was difficult to get on. It is too small loose, and requires some stretching. Heating helps the inner tube expand adding some flexibility, and with a tyre lever it is possible to fit.After fitting, my scooters runs much better, acceleration and speed is faster. So if you have a Carrera Impel e-scooter that requires 8.5 x 2s, this is the inner tube you should buy.
