Q: Is there a 7 day travel case for this?

A travel case did not come with this item, however the pill organizer comes with 32 containers, if you use the “extra” container as a space-taker, 7 days plus the extra fit BEAUTIFULLY in a quart-sized zipper style bag. In video you can see that even in flipping bag on side the pill pods stay in order making travel easy.

Q: Does anyone have a lock box they use with this unit?

Yes I use a toolbox I got from home depot. It works well and u can add a lock on to it plus cheaper than a lock box and sturdy. We keep everyone's and all household meds inside

Q: Does the overall monthly case also have a lid that attaches?

No lid. Has a tray they sit in but each day is it’s on piece. So when it comes time to prepare medication for the month, you have to remove 32 daily dispensers and open two doors on each one to insert AM and PM meds. I switched back to my old ones that are all connected for 7 days
