Had to make several alterations.
It was too big for my 11 mo old. I had to alter it on the straps, which is why you see what loos like two handles on the back of swimsuit. I also took in both sides under the arms and about inch in the legs. However , after I made the adjustments, it works great, and is well made.

Not horrible (ok, it’s pretty good)
My little wears a 4t, she’s 36 inches tall and 31 pounds. This is fairly big on her. I have to put a swimsuit under it to hide her chest (I know, is it necessary, really?). Then I tie up the straps in the back. It doesn’t give the buoyancy I hoped, but it’s ok. It’s not a life jacket, I get that. I guess it just means she’ll learn to swim sooner because she needs to put some power into floating.
