Almost What I Needed
This really looked like what I was in need of. I have a 2005 F350 with an external gravity fed fuel tank in the bed and a topper. I only fill the external tank through the side window of my topper and I use diesel additive. I had been keeping my diesel additive in a box but it would slide around the back of my truck. I needed a place to store the bottles along with other towing supplies, bug spray and other truck/camping stuff.Right off the bat I was concerned about the method in which this box attaches to the side. Essentially it "pinches" on to the side of the bed. The more torque you put on that allen head bolt the better luck you will have with this box not falling off. I understand the need to accommodate those with tonneau covers but those of us with toppers will likely have to come up with another solution. With the original configuration don't plan on putting a lot of weight or going over bumpy roads. It'll come loose.Second issue is the center latch. I need the box to open towards the window (outside) but I also don't want the box pushed towards the center of the truck to accommodate the use of the latch. So I have resolved myself to the fact that I am not going to be able to use the center latch. No big deal except that I need to drill out the latch in order to make the box fit snugly against the side of the truck. A better design would have been to enable the ability for the box to sit just high enough above the bed rail in order to allow the use of the center latch in an outward configuration. I went to the manufacturers website before purchasing to get more info. In retrospect, the image they have posted here[...] , is very misleading. You cannot get the box that close to the edge and still use the center latch.....or even still have the center latch attached. The image here [...] shows exactly what I wanted (except with a topper) but even with the box fully adjusted up the center latch hits the side of the truck. Maybe it will be right for some trucks, just not mine.Third issue, the depth of the box doesn't meet my needs. As mentioned earlier, I need to keep diesel additive, preferably in the upright position, in the box. For size reference, imagine a quart of oil. The box is too shallow to accommodate. I know, I should have read dimensions better but I always figured I could just lay the bottles down if necessary. Not so much, they leaked.Final issue is the stabilizer feet are not long enough. They might be once I load some weight in the box but empty the feet do not make contact with the bed of my truck. All in all it appears to made of good quality heavy duty plastic. When used in a different configuration than mine it may very well meet your needs. The above mentioned issues are very specific to my setup and needs and represents information I wish I would have known before buying. Hopefully it helps someone else make a good decision.*Update 19 Mar 2016*I contact the manufacture via email and explained my situation. The replied back a day later asking for my address so they could send the correct hardware for use with a cap free of charge. Awesome!!! To bad the seller here doesn't include it or have a link to request it. This great customer service makes me want to up my rating despite the lack of critical information by the Amazon seller. After looking closer to the box during my second install I'm inclined to keep it at 3 stars. I've added a picture of the correct hardware and of what looks like small holes in the box where the plastic isn't really all that think. I'm still happy with the box but I would be happier if it didn't have the holes and the seller here on Amazon gave better information. As it is I would rate the box worth $150 vice the $250 I paid.

Fit is good!
So I installed two of these on my 2019 GMC Sierra 3500HD 6.5 foot bed. I have a Peragon tonneau cover on my truck and although I didn't follow the directions as to bracket placement these boxes work with my cover and lemme tell you I have a half inch clearance on both the back where my cover slides up and where my tail gate closes. It's almost as if they we're meant to be together. The install was fairly easy, I was doing it at night with a headlamp so would have been easier during the day. The build quality of the boxes are rugged and seem to be pretty water tight so far. I'm very impressed with these boxes. Time will tell how they hold up and I'll update my review with photos and an update maybe a few months down the road. I would definitely purchase these again!

Works perfectly on a 2018 GMC 3500HD Denali with a Retrax PRO MX Retractable Truck Bed Cover
I bought this for my 2018 GMC 3500HD Denali. I tow fifth wheel trailers and I wanted a toolbox that stays out of the way, but accessible if I have a trailer attached to the truck. It works perfectly. I have a metal retractable cover on the truck that I keep closed when not towing. The box sits under it no problem and the cover keeps everything secure. When the cover is open while trailering, I can lock the box keeping my chains and tools safe. The box is highly weather resistant. I wouldn't put something that could never get wet in it to be safe, but as of yet I have not had any water get inside of the case. They sell this as a rifle case. It would work for that if needed.

2006 Tacoma Single Cab
Decided to mount mines cab side. Just the right amount of clearance for both side latches to open and close even with my ladder rack. Latches sit below my racks locking knobs. It’s sturdy and sleek looking but if you carry a lot of tools and plan on using it as your main storage, you won’t be happy. If you have an open bed with no cover then you have to think about security. I will be adding some D-rings to the front bed bolts and chaining the side latches to it for extra security. It’ll be a little tedious opening and closing but if it makes it just a little harder for thieves, why not?

Nice Box for Older Trucks, Too
I wanted storage for my '77 F250 that wasn't one of those chrome eyesores that I see everywhere. Installation was straightforward and there are great videos on YouTube that explain the process if desired. Mine holds a Hi-Lift jack and all of my vehicle recovery accessories and a tire iron. I may purchase a second for my fishing gear, which was the original plan - but this box holds more than other reviews led me to believe.

Ok product maybe a little pricey
Decent but smaller than I had hoped. Mounting brackets did not work for me. Have 2012 f150 with cap topper on so I had to purchase different clamps that were designed to anchor a cap and drilled and tapped them to mount box to rail. That worked like a charm. Box is secure and appears well built.

Size Matters
Great idea in theory. In reality, not so much. It is just plain too small. Also, if you have a drop in bedliner, you will have to cut sections out to make it fit correctly. You can only mount to your bed where the designated areas on the box are, I would have cut my liner maybe if this box was bigger. I sent it back and lost a good wad of money in the process. Maybe for compact/mini or mid size trucks this works, but not for a full size TITAN.
