It was offered at a reasonable price. The suction power, however, is not as strong as we expected.

Bought this for the low profile, but found it surprisingly quiet and decent looking. Easy to install.

The media could not be loaded.  Love how easy it was to install as it comes with a template so no need to guess or do crazy measuring to see where you need the holes. The fan power is great as it keeps the steam that rises going to one location then dissipates it. It has three different fan speeds and a built in light. It also gives you the option of where you want the output to dissipate to, whether upwards and out the house (if you have the piping setup already as it doesn’t come with that part) or up and out the top of the range hood.

No complaints so far. I used this to replace an older, ductless vent hood in a rental property that was covered in a decade of grease and grime. It is the standard size that fits in a 30” application. The finish is nice but will show fingerprints if you happen to handle it for some reason. The buttons were responsive and everything cycled through the different settings without any issues. The filters are the usual kind that you find in the average vent hood. I really like how large the filter area is. They don’t appear to be any more easy or difficult to clean and replace than other brands. The vent is as powerful as any others I’ve used and the light was as bright as I expected it to be. The manual was helpful but it’s not very hard to figure out how to install this. It hooked up to existing wiring without incident. It’s fairly light weight which is a plus for installation. I can’t speak to the long-term durability of the unit since it’s only been running for a few weeks so far. I would recommend shopping around for the best price for these specs before committing to this one. The price is pretty close to what I would expect this to be for the quality and performance, but you may be able to find a better deal for a similar product.

The range hood that this replaced was exactly 30" wide and fit nice and snug into the mounting area. This unit is only 29" wide and leaves a 1/2" gap on both sides of the unit. The unit is also not as tall as the one replaced; you can see in the last picture the white, untiled area just below the hood. The tile was done up to the bottom of the previously installed hood.Pros: The LED light is brighter than the previous unit with the incandescent light. The fan is speedy, yet not too loud. The unit comes well-protected with the plastic protective coating and once the coating is removed, the stainless steel is very aesthetically pleasing. The price is very competitive and reasonable for this unit.Cons: The length of 1" short is terribly annoying and really knocks down the rating of this unit. There is only one hole to run the power cord up to the power source; I'd like to see a second hole made available on the left side. Making sure you don't pinch the cord when installing was a pain.Overall, make sure you check your measurements exactly, since there is no forgiveness for being short an inch. While installation was a bit of a pain, it was pain to install the previous one I had in there, so all things being equal, install is a bit of a pain no matter which brand you buy. Had the width been as advertised, this would rate a 4 or maybe even 5 stars.

The metal is fairly thin which allows for a lightweight product that won’t weigh down your cabinets. The thin metal does buckle when screws are slightly over torqued during production, as you can see from the photo.On the underside of the hood, the plastic clips that hold in the mesh grates, could be a little more durable.The advertisement stated 30 inches, but when I investigated further, I found that it was 29.5 inches. I ordered it anyway with a plan to fill the gap.All of that being said, this is a great budget range hood. The light is bright. The fan is powerful, yet at an extremely reasonable decibel (much more quiet than my old hood). The control buttons are intuitive. It exhausts great!Overall, if you’re looking for an easy to use, stainless steel hood, that works, and can fit into any budget, then this is a great option.
