Bought this based on advice from a Physiotherapist and other reviews. The cover and strap keep the pack in place on my shoulder well. I have only used it as a cold pack (chilled in the fridge) so can't comment on using it as heat pack.

Great product, good quality. Difficult to put on with velcro straps, but takes time to get used to putting it on.

The shoulder ice pack on the whole works well. The design holds the ice pack where required and in position providing necessary pain relief where required. However the design is quite awkward. The straps that secure around the bicep/tricep are joined under the armpit. This is very hard to do with one hand meaning it’s left a bit loose or it takes a helping hand. Would have been better if there was a strap that joined on top of the arm, possibly just one long strip instead of two.

Sustains damage to my rotator cuff and this looked ideal but when tried it seemed to pull my arm down making the pain worse and restrict my arm movement even more than prior to using. It maybe ok for other shoulder problems but not for a rotator cuff injury. The product itself is good quality hence the 3 stars but not for what but didn’t work for me

A really comfortable shoulder pack. Covers the entire shoulder, due to its design I guess you can wear in directly on the skin without it being too cold. So it get right in where you need it.

It really helped with my shoulder injury. Easy to use and fit. Would recommend 100%

I bought this for my partner who is receiving NHS physio for a shoulder neck injury. Unfortunately it was extremely difficult to get on and was very heavy with pack. If anything it aggravated the injury. Unless you are an athlete in peak condition with strong upper body strength I would not recommend this product.

I struggled with a rotator injury before purchasing this. It is easy and comfortable to use and has helped me rehabilitate and get back in the gym.

Prodotto molto efficace per quelle non patologie che hanno bisogno solo del ghiaccio o del calore. Unico neo che voglio evidenziare pur dando 5 stelle e’ che il gel una volta tirato fuori dal freezer mantiene il freddo non proprio a lungo. Nonostante ciò il prodotto risulta valido.

Semplicemente perfetto . Ho subito intervento alla spalla e avevo bisogno esattamente di questo. Comodo , la parte ghiaccio che si sfila e si mette separatamente in frigger . Dopo un ora già possibile riutilizzare di nuovo . Tessuto esterno in neoprene ,morbido e maneggevole per avvolgere perfettamente la spalla e parte del braccio.
