This makes a great flavoring for backpacking meals. We mixed it with minute rice, dehydrated veggies and canned chicken. It was a huge hit with his scout troop and perfectly gluten free for my son.

Disappointed
Wanted an easy to use, low-sodium bouillon mix to sip on cold days (not for seasoning). this was quite a disappointment. i kept adding more mix to the hot water because it was flavorless, then found a ton of undissolved solids at the bottom of my mug. even after violent mixing, these bits would not incorporate, and sunk to the bottom like sludge. not sure this was meant for drinking. will keep on searching ...
