Feels very cheap. Seems like it would shatter in many pieces if dropped. It is also very small.
Nothing like a Fluke!

Buy this for the surprising accuracy, not the accessories
The media could not be loaded. If you're looking for a budget DMM, this one is surprisingly good. It is the most accurate low-budget DMM of the lot I have and also the highest precision with its 9999 count, so even at 99.99 volts, you get 2 digits of precision. It also has a μA (micro-ampere) scale! Not bad. Based on the build quality of the terminal connections, I wouldn't use this for measuring anything over 100V or so, even less for AC, even though it's rated for much higher. My only issue with the unit itself is that the last digit never settles when measuring voltage, no matter what scale you're on. For example, on the mV setting, you might get a reading of 11.23mV and the 3 might bounce between 2 and 3, forever. On the V setting with AUTO scaling, you might see 11.3mV and the 3 might bounce between 2 and 3. Manually change it to the V scale, you might get 0.011V and the last digit might bounce around to 0, 1 or 2. Still usable but a minor annoyance as this ought to be averaged out in the firmware. Still, not bad. Using this DMM to measure voltage settings from a precision power supply, it measures pretty much bang on.The test leads are OK. They are rated for 10A (not sure I believe that) and appears to have plastic insulation (not silicone) but works well so no issues there. Too bad I can't say much for the other accessories that come with it. There's an extra set of test leads with threaded connector terminals at both ends with a plastic sheath (typical for connecting to a DMM). I wasn't expecting top-of-the-line quality but I also wasn't expecting broken sheaths before even using them for the first time (see pictures). Anyway, not a big deal as they are still usable. What's not usable, however, is a banana connection tip with no threading. There are 4 such tips that I was hoping to use all at the same time, 2 per cable, one on each end. However, one of my tips has no threading (see photots) so I can't use it at all. The other accessories are fine.(I was not able to find any link to contact the manufacturer directly to get a replacement tip. All links lead to Amazon support and I didn't want to return the product as the replacement could have its own set of problems)All-in-all, this is a decent unit for its price-point and the reasons that I'm keeping it is for 1) its accuracy and precision and 2) its μA scale.
