The mixes were packed with protein powder maxing the products seem gritty but the syrup was delicious.

It is almost a year since I have been following low carb, Intermittent fasting, and Keto diet. I cook all my meals from scratch most of the time. The Birch Benders pancake mix is a great substitute for pancakes, however the syrup is not acceptable. It is not even close to syrup. You might be better off mixing sugar substitute with water and pooring it on. I have dropped it from 5 star as a result. I cannot believe this syrup is even marketed.

Syrup is amazing and thick you dont need much , so it makes up for the price.The Choc chip pancakes are really good but I dont like things with that sweetner, too bad its not ONLY Monkfruit. So I still enjoy the plain ones.

Thaw taste was good. I just have to get used to the texture.
