Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this primarily on price and that I don't like sugar in my electrolytes. I have been using Ultima but the flavor of those is way to strong for me. I'm pretty much a plain water person, so this was perfect! The flavor is light and not overpowering. I did have a little bit of residue in the bottom of my glass, But I would still say it dissolves pretty easy and the texture was not noticeable. The price was definitely the deciding factor, as it was half the price of my normal. This may be my new go to for electrolytes.

Some reviews complain that there is too little sodium in this electrolyte powder, which is true, but also a good thing. Allows for flexibility. For those who already get enough sodium in their diet (i.e., most of us), use as is. If you need some extra sodium, easy fix is to add a little salt (e.g., 1/4 tsp to get around 575 mg). On most days I use this powder as is. On fasting days I might add some salt because I'm not getting sodium through diet on fasting days. If it had low levels of potassium or magnesium, then that would be different because those minerals would be more difficult to add, but sodium is easy because all you need to do is add salt, and by starting with a smaller amount in the formula, it makes it easier to adjust based on individual needs.

Taste good and helps keep you hydrated in the extreme hit. It helped me survive working summertime in Las Vegas

This is my 2nd purchase of Keto electrolyte powder in raspberry lemonade flavor. Yes, it's that good. The natural flavor tastes just like the real thing. NOTHING ARTIFICIAL in the ingredients. Plenty of potassium and magnesium, and NO SUGAR. The powder takes a good stirring, but it dissolves in cold water. I like to keep some premixed bottles in the freezer, and handy as needed. EXCELLENT FOR ELECTROLYTE IMBALANCE.Although I use various brands and flavors of drink supplement/KETO/workout powders, some are better than others. This is one of the good ones, and I'll come back again for more when this one's empty.

I found this to be absolutely terrible!! There's a difference between subtle flavor and weird flavor. This is both. The powder itself actually smells like urine. And I didn't feel hydrated with electrolytes, but dehydrated with sodium. I tried more scoops and just got the most horrendous after taste. I do not prefer or typically drink anything very sweet. I was trying to find a substitution for biosteel (which I use only 1 scoop in a 20oz bottle so definitely not over flavored). This is not it. I didn't think it could really be that bad so I took the chance. I never leave terrible reviews but I'm actually disgusted by this. Maybe it was a bad batch, but I don't think then that that's good quality control!

I was comparing many different electrolyte powders and my main issue with many of them was the really weird artificial aftertastes and they are not always sugar free. This one tastes great!!! It has the best raspberry lemonade taste, without any artificial aftertaste or sourness, and best of all, no sugar! And the value is just really hard to beat - most brands are double the price for less servings. It has all the necessary electrolytes and minerals and no extra unnecessary ingredients. I have issues with dehydration and my skin gets dry patches, so I take this once during the day and once in the evening with my vitamins, so it helps me stay hydrated throughout the day, my skin has improved and I sleep better at night. 10/10 recommend!

We like this powder. It has a good flavor and isn't thick. Dissolves fairly quickly (quicker when water isn't too cold) - quicker than another more expensive brand we tried. And the price is good for the number of servings you get. Just bought our second bottle. Would recommend.Update: Still liking this stuff. It is now a staple in our house. We use it every day!Update: My doctor wants me to continue taking electrolytes daily. We have well water but the minerals are filtered out. We like that this contains Stevia (not sugar) and costs less than other brands without compromising the quality of the ingredients. And...it tastes good (and makes my Apple Cider Vinegar much easier to drink)! :)
