As a bald guy in the winter, a warm hat is very helpful. My understanding is 90% of body heat escapes through the head. This hat is comfortable and keeps me warm so I can relax inside without a sweatshirt on. Also it is generally well made with nice clip for adjustability. Here's a picture of the open clip for adjustability. One thing is the packaging it arrived in is a padded envelope rather than a box, so I'm thankful the brim wasn't damaged.

Based on price, I expected a low quality product. That is NOT the case. This cap exceeds my expectations on fit and finish, so I went back and bought more colors. Not necessarily a hat to be worn if you really need an Elmer Fudd type hat specifically for warmth, but is is warmer than a standard gold/baseball cap.

This was a great purchase. I got a black hot replace a lost one hat and this is way better than my old one. The brim is nice and thick, yet flexible. I like the fact it has 4 air-holes for ventilation, too. My only issues, was even with Prime next day shipping, I got my 2 days, not 1 day, due to weather issues on the roads. Welcome to winter in Chicago. Would totally buy again in a different color.
