Meat: The Ultimate Cookbook (Ultimate Cookbooks)

I saw this book at Whole Foods and it was expensive. But ordering it from Amazon was a better idea. The book has some awesome recipes and my husband wanted it for Father's Day and we cannot wait to try the recipes.

With great recipes but the paper it’s printed on is cheap and it’s Not printed in Maine or in the US but in China…Just FYI

I should start by saying I am not a big cook in the kitchen but I love to grill. So far have used several recipes and all have been big hits with my friends and family. Easy cookbook to follow. Great pictures as well. I also loved the intro as my grandfather was a butcher!

Google "Primal cuts from a cow". Virtually 100% say there is 8 primal cuts from a cow. Maybe 1 or 2 might say seven. This author says there are "4 primal cuts" (page 21). This is located under the topic of "Know your meats". In my opinion this author doesn't know his meat! Other than that, the author has done a wonderful job of including dozens of other chefs recipes. Many if them very good.

Another well written, informative, and inspiring book from Chef Keith Sarasin. A go-to source for all things meat! Highly reccomend!

Keith Sarrasin is a champion of farm to table. This is a great meat book for meat lovers.

What a gorgeous and well written cookbook. Look no further for an all in one ultimate meat cookbook. Gorgeous photos, fantastic recipes. This is the best gift for any avid cookbook collector. A must have!
