Keeps my tea hot and heats it up when I left it off the warmer!
I just got this a few days ago so I can’t speak to the longevity. However, so far I am very happy with this mug warmer. I kept leaving my tea around or forgetting to drink it while working and always find my mug partially full with cold tea. I have an old mug warmer at work that works great, but I work from home most of the time so wanted a new one for the house. This warmer is very asthetically pleasing, and works well. I was a little annoyed by the writing on the surface as that wasn’t included in the product photos, but it’s not horrible. I removed the ugly caution sticker on it as it already has a warning on the surface. The warmer has a touch power button on the surface that cycles between hot, warm, and off. I always use hot (red). It does turn itself off after four hours as described, which is a good feature as I’ve found my office mug warmer left on overnight and over the weekend... oops!! The most important part is that it does keep my tea quite hot if left there immediately after brewing it, and if I’ve left it around and it’s cooled, it does slowly heat up just like my old one does (and my old office one is still going strong from circa 2002!!). I haven’t timed it but it seems to heat up a cold cup in maybe 20-40 minutes or so. I also included pics to show the type of mug I’ve been using that it works well with (the orange and blue mugs in the pic are the same style). The bottom is not completely flat but it still heats the mug very well.As long as this holds up I’ll be very happy with it!! I’ve been testing this in the kitchen but plan to use it in the office. I’m contemplating getting another to keep in the kitchen or dining area as well!

Great heat, size, but use a trivet...
A lot of these warmers are too large for my small desk, but this fit so well (just 4-7/8" diameter) I got a second one for my nightstand (keeps the tea warm while I read before bed). Love the rose gold trim color. You do have to "hit" the power/temperature spot pretty strongly. Highest heat keeps coffee piping hot; if you use cream and leave it on a long time at high setting, the cream will form a skin. But that does take a long time LOL. The warmer has "rubber" feet, but a lot of heat comes off the bottom. So use a cork pad or a trivet to prevent table surface damage.

Worked well for almost two years
I liked this item as I don't burn candles in the house due to the soot it creates. This product works great and I liked that it had the lower heat option as the high heat did crack the glass on a candle once but luckily I caught it before much was got out. Mine just died after nearly two years, it comes on but doesn't get more than slightly warm to the touch. I will be buying another one! FYI that my cousin has an HVAC company and advised me not to burn candles because of the soot. My Mom LOVED burning the scented candles and when I cleaned her house after she died, there was black soot on her interior wood blinds throughout the house (you couldn't really see it until you cleaned) and it was even in the refrigerator! Her house was super clean otherwise and I don't think she realized what those candles created, even though my cousin told her the same thing he told me lol.

Gets HOT!
I wasn't expecting this little thing to get so hot or keep my coffee hot OR REWARM MY COLD COFFEE! I'm impressed. I put some room temp coffee on it, sent an email & by the time I was done & ready to drink it, it was very warm, like the perfect temp. I put it back down & sent another email & it was too hot, I had to blow it. SHOOK! I need one for every room in my house.

I love this thing
You don’t know you need a mug warmer until you have one it works so well and it’s cute to boot plus it does shut off after a while so that’s good. If anything happens maybe I’ll update my review but for now it works

Such a disappointment
I bought 3 of these, thinking several people would be using these in a few locations, but when we got them we decided just one place made sense to use it so we put the other two away. Our drinks got cold just as fast as they always did. It turns out that you need a flat bottomed mug for these to work and I’m surprised that more of these reviews aren’t mentioning that since most mugs do not have flat bottoms. I have ONE mug that works with it so the warmer got minimal use and then stopped working after just a few months. I pulled out one of the stashed ones, same use, and it lasted longer but stopped working after a few months. The third one I have used far more minimally over the past year and I decided to use it as a wax warmer instead. It lasted about a year before it stopped working too but that was with very minimal use.

Nice while it lasted
The warmer had a nice look and finish and heated up acceptably, but after about 6 months of light use, it just quit working. It was always set up in the same location and used a few times a week.Worked well, but that was short lived.

Oh happy day!
No more re-warming my hot drinks in the microwave. My desk is not close to the microwave so it was a hassle. There are two settings, warm and hotter. The first time I used it I started on warm and turned the heat up halfway through drinking my cup of coffee to warm up the last few sips. I don’t like my hot drinks boiling hot, just warm enough to keep the flavor nicely, so no complaints here about the heat function. I use a flat bottom ceramic cup. You could keep soup or a small dish on the warmer too because of the flat design. I might try covering the cup next time if I’m going to step away from the desk for a bit. Guess I’m going to look for a special coffee cup cover now, because once you go this far to protect your morning coffee you must go all the way!
