The clips I ordered works great for putting your hair up and if you still roll your hair the old fashioned way like I do these clips will do the trick and not break your hair off. I loved them so much I purchased 8 more packages to give to my daughters and the grands.

They stay in and do not pull hair out when they are removed. love them

I purchased these because the aluminum Klipsch come in too big a quantity. I just needed enough to cut my own hair. I was very disappointed that every two clips in the 12 clip package is separately packaged and plastic. I was also disappointed that there's no recycle number on the clips them self. Product disposition is going to be a problem. Over packaging is always a problem. The clipse themselves are pretty nice. There are no birds and they are smooth they are pretty strong. They're not great for super thin hair which I have but rarely do you find clips that are good with super thin hair.

These are hard plastic so they slip more than silicone clips.

These clips came in the prettiest pastel colors. If you have a friend who loves pastel colors and likes to style their hair alot I can see this being a nice gift for them. They seem sturdy. They clamp and stay put. I recieved 12 of these. Two of each color. I'm very satisfied with them. I always forget to write a review but the beautiful card that came with the package made me take my phone out immediately. Make sure to read the card before you throw your packaging away. The picture shows the size, which at almost 4" long is a little too big. And the colors, which are like Halloween candy, could be more dignified. But they are so LIKEABLE, and so much better than any hair-restraining thing that has been available in the last maybe 30 years, that I am giving them 5 stars. Barrettes and clips for women have been under weird mafia control for years with limited choices, cheap contruction, and all that METAL, which is too heavy and tears out your hair. These are featherweight with a good grip and all plastic.
