Fell apart after just 3 years
Bought 3years ago. Installed by qualified plumber, used for last 3 yrs. One day when my wife tried to turn faucet on the valve piece popped out causing the water gush from everywhere. Luckily, I was close by, shut down valves under the sink to prevent major flood. Was forced to purchase new faucet from Home Depot and pay for installation (and removal of defective one). Can't leave without water in your kitchen, can you. Contacted Grohe and described the situation. They offered replacement Spray Head (easy fix) under LIFE TIME warranty, which is unfortunately on back order now, will be available in about 3 weeks plus 7-10 days FedEx.Now you decide if it's worth $700 (I payed $500 three years ago). Looks to me like a major design flow.

Installed in my RV
Because of the tight space in my RV, I like this faucet for the higher arm, front control, extension hose and no handle. I’m glad I installed this. Still pricey

It took a bit to get my son-in-law over to install this
In my 60s, I just can't do things I used to. I mean, I have installed some faucets in the past, both kitchen and bathroom ones, but at my age, I have trouble getting up and down off the floor and getting nuts as tight as they need to be. So...ask my son-in-law who is much younger than me and then wait until he has the free time to come by. Now, just so you know, I don't believe in something for nothing, so before he came over, I made a dozen bagels for him to take home with him! Now, to the faucet. My son-in-law told me that it was a very easy install - he's great at reading the instructions, watching videos if he needs to and making sure he has all the parts where they should be when putting things together. I think (like I learned when I was much younger) he has had to take too many things apart again after finding he left something off or put it on backwards...so now he reads and goes forward slowly to be sure the install is done correctly the first time. About two hours later (took longer to take my old faucet off than to put this one on), I had a new faucet! First, I love the look of it - very sleek and modern looking and very unique - instead of the traditional upside down "U" shape, it's more like an upside down "L" shape. LOVE that this one has NO handles at all. Makes for a clean area behind the sink - liquid hand soap and dish detergent, my sponge holder and a scrubby can all sit there and not be in the way like they often were with my old faucet's handles. Now the controls on this one will take a little bit of time for me to get used to as this faucet's controls are so different as well. The knob to get hot/cold water is near the base and it is easy enough to manipulate and get the balance I need when washing off dirty dishes to put in the dishwasher and getting the strength of flow at the top of the faucet by turning the knob there is also very easy to adjust. I think the only thing that I was somewhat disappointed in was the sprayer. The pull out sprayer itself, as a mechanical function, works well enough, but instead of a spray like I'm used to, all I get is the same stream of water as comes out the faucet. I can get the stream strong enough for most jobs, but I do miss the ability to spray. So, for almost everything else, I like this faucet. Just wish it had the ability to change the flow of water from stream to spray.

Utterly infuriating. Missing essential parts.
Due to the pandemic my wife and I have been stuck overseas in a dingy rental apartment for much of 2020, and we’ll be remaining here until, fingers crossed, some kind of normality resumes and borders begin to reopen. In the meantime we decided to make the best of a bad situation and make our temporary home a little more comfortable by replacing the light fittings and plumbing fixtures, most of which are in serious disrepair.I wanted the Grohe Ladylux as soon as I saw it, and I managed to quiet the sensible voice in my head long enough to pay through the nose to ship it halfway around the world. When it arrived this morning I was over the moon. The faucet looked just as good in person as it had in the product photos. I was excited to install it, and then...Then I noticed that Grohe had neglected to include all the parts necessary for installation. There’s no parts list in the instructions, but there *is* a diagram of the entire unit with what appear to be part numbers listed, and I seem to be missing 48 488 and 42 486. 48 488 is the adapter designed to bridge the gap between the 10mm connection of the pull out spray hose and the 19mm connection of the copper pipe. 42 486 are the two adapters designed to connect the hot and cold hoses to your home supply lines. I’m also missing the rubber gaskets that pair with these parts.I drove myself half crazy searching for them. I tore the box to pieces without luck, and turned my desk upside down to make sure I hadn’t absentmindedly taken them out and set them aside. I even returned to my local post office to make sure they hadn’t somehow fallen out of the box when I collected it. I knew that was impossible before I went because there was no damage to the box, it hadn’t been inspected by customs when it arrived in the country and it remained sealed until I got home, but I wanted to cover all the bases.So... yeah... I can’t install this faucet. Qualified plumbers are thin on the ground here, as I discovered last week when installing a Moen faucet in the bathroom, and as most of the plumbing supplies in the country come from China the fittings are all standardised. There’s a chance I might somehow be able to hunt down correctly sized adapters, or something near enough that I could form a tight enough seal with pipe dope, insulation tape and crossed fingers, but it doesn’t seem likely that I’d be able to communicate my needs when I barely speak the local language well enough to order a coffee.I’m beyond disappointed. Mistakes are always a possibility, but as mistakes go this is a big one. I’ve shipped an enormous faucet thousands of miles, and now it’s an expensive paperweight thanks to the lack of a couple of pieces of metal.Update: I emailed Grohe six days ago to let them know I was missing parts. Their feedback form has a very restrictive character limit, so I asked them to reach out to me by email so I could explain the problem. They have yet to reply. At this price point I'd expect that Grohe want their brand associated with reliability and excellent service, but none is evident. If I'd paid full price for this faucet I'd be pretty furious by now.Second update: it’s now been two weeks. I’ve filled out the contact form at the Grohe US website twice with a request for someone to reach out to me (three times as of today, September 9th), and I’ve yet to hear a peep. In the time since I first reached out to Grohe for help I’ve had to to research, order and install a faucet produced by a competitor. I find this complete absence of service pretty baffling.OK, final update: After two weeks of banging my head against a wall I decided to abandon the contact form on the Grohe site and reach out to their social media team on Twitter, and this is where things started to move quickly. Within a couple of hours the team connected me with a representative of Grohe’s customer service, Deidrea, who was extremely helpful in identifying the missing parts and sourcing replacements. When she learned that one of the parts couldn’t be replaced she offered to ship out an entirely new replacement faucet without hesitation. I turned down this generous offer as I couldn’t justify the environmental cost, so she worked with me to find a solution in which the most important of the necessary parts will be shipped out and I’ll source the rest locally. I’ve just received a notification that the part has been shipped. So, when you can actually get hold of Grohe’s customer service team the response is spectacular. My issue was solved in a matter of hours. The problem is that reaching out to them via the contact form on their website doesn’t seem to work. I’ve no idea why, but when three messages - each of which the site confirmed had been successfully sent - go ignored there’s something seriously wrong.Anyway, I’ve upgraded my rating to three stars. If I’d received the incredible response I finally got immediately as a result of reaching out via their website it would be 4 or 5.

Terrible shipping
Only one star due to horrendous shipping. Faucet was shipped in its original manufacturer box . The faucet Box completely fell apart during shipping because it wasn’t even taped. Faucet is damaged w copper pipe bent and missing parts. I’m Shocked that the 700 dollar faucet was shipped like this to me by Amazon.
