I've had this fan for almost a year and we accidently broke one of the blades. Contacted the seller through Amazon to see how to purchase a replacement and they quickly sent a new set free of charge. Thank you!Fan is great, love the remote. Like most of these fans it beeps when you turn the light on and the settings dont hold if you turn the switch off but neither of those bother us. Overall good product for price.

I shop a lot from amazon and this is the first time I ever wrote a review I bought this 48 inch fan and I was so pleased with the airflow that I bought a second and then two more a total of 4 . One for every room. I replaced my 52 inch fans with these 48 inch fans and It puts out so much more air then the 52 inch I replaced . it’s nice looking and I love the LED light and was very happy with the price

The only thing I wish it had, and I knew before I bought it was a Fan reverse switch. That is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I love everything else. Very easy to install, just watched a you tube video. Some people think the beep it makes when you select a function is to loud. It just confirms your selection, and no, it is not loud at all. Other people say you have to select the light setting each time you turn it on. That's false. If you turn off the light and wait at least 7 seconds, then when you turn light back on you will get the same setting as when you turned it off. For the money, this is a good fan. If I can install it, then anybody can.

I bought this fan used. I can’t believe how wonderful it looks. No visible scratches or defects. Low noise and works great in the room it was installed in. I would recommend, if offered, the used items Amazon has to offer. This isn’t the only used item I have bought and all of the ones I’ve purchased have really worked out well.

The fan works perfectly and the light is bright. That is actually a good thing for me. Very quiet, simple to install, and the remote works perfectly across the house. Now for the import part. I broke the light cover during installation. I reached out to the seller in an attempt to purchase a replacement and they sent it free of charge. I got an immediate response when I reached out and they went above and beyond. This was not “Amazon” but instead an individual that took the time to make sure they took care of a customer at their own cost. Pretty darn refreshing.

I purchased this fan for a guest room after glazing through the reviews. I really wish I would've looked more in depth.Here are the issues:1 - you cannot choose ONE single setting for the light to stay on. When you turn the fan on, it automatically filters to the next ligth color setting. I.e. maybe you want to keep the 'warm color', well then every single time you turn the fan on you will have to use the remote and press the light button until it filters to the color you want. It is absolutely insane to me that this company did not offer a feature to have it STAY ONE COLOR.2 - It beeps every single time you turn it on or change the light color. Entering a room and want to turn the fan on while someone is sleeping? You better hope they are heavy sleepers. The beep is loud and no matter if you use the remote or the switch, it beeps. Additionally, when turning the fan or light on via switch and not the remote, there is a five-second delay (flip the switch, count to five, then the light/fan turns on after of course, it makes a loud beep).I am so frustrated with this product. I will most likely be returning but what a freaking pain to have to take down a fan, take the blade off, etc. to return.Don't make my mistake and think this is great by glancing at the reviews.

Easy to install and works fantastic, moves alot air

Seems all good, like the warranty and especially the 10 year on the motor. Relatively easy to install.

This baby was installed in no time at all … great addition to my wee kitchen keeping it cool when the menu is hot 🤗

Price/Quality

This fan looks fine but is too noisy to enjoy over a quiet dinner. Unfortunately it was installed in our dinning room. It would be fine with a bit of background tv noise, but we won’t be watching in our dinning room. It’s unfortunate as we had another fan installed in the bedroom and that one is completely quiet. For the price, it’s not worth it.
