When this arrived, I was not too pleased. It seemed small and very flat. However, after fluffing and shaping it looked much better. At first my kitty didn’t take to it, but it seems like she’s gotten used to it and likes it now. I would recommend opting for the larger size. I ordered a 20x20 for my 12lb cat, and she hangs off a bit. Probably would have been more comfortable in the 24x24 or 27x27.

As cat parents of two sweet but anxious tabby mixes, I have been searching for 8 years for the perfect calming tool. I have tried everything from Feliway, to calming collars, to calming treats over the years. However, today I invested in two of these beds, and let me tell you, this is a miracle product! My cats went to them both like horses to water if you will. They are both fast asleep, and as calm as can be. I have a feeling tonight they will be sleeping better than ever before. Thank you Western Home! You are a hit in our home! We love you! If you have an anxious dog or cat, I HIGHLY recommend this product! You WONT regret it!

My cat has turned her prissy, little nose up at many beds I have bought her. This is the first one she has actually used. The bed is so soft and perfect for her size, I got it for a 13lb cat and it is just right for her to snuggle into. I would definitely recommend this one especially if your cat is constantly seeking out super soft things to lay on.

Got this on a whim after reading about the "calming donut bed" craze. Really didn't think our dogs would treat it as anything special, but... we were WRONG! Our oldest two American Eskimo dogs, who didn't use beds at all until they were ~12 years old, LOVE this thing. Especially the boy, who both curls up in a tiny ball (even though he's 18" tall at the withers) and sinks into it; and less often sprawls across it. Regardless of position, he's usually asleep and snoring within a couple minutes! He clearly prefers this over other beds since there's a traditional square stuffed bed right next to this one, and he ends up in the donut bed at least 95% of the time. After he'd been using it for several weeks, his sister (littermate) who cared even less for beds than he had in the past, suddenly surprised us when she appeared in the bed one day, forcing her brother elsewhere! They really, really do seem to like these more than other bed types! Note: I just recently ordered a different brand ("Tormays" at https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B08C35CRBR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1) just to try another one - but this Western Home one is clearly superior. The "fur" on the Tormays is plenty soft, but the bolster/ring is WAAAAY understuffed and in fact is so unsupportive, the sides actually are *shorter* under their own weight than the center pillow is. The ring on the Western Home is much firmer and more supportive (not HARD, just filled adequately!) and allows/encourages the dog to sink into the middle. With this new one, they have a hard time not sliding/falling off the sides when they try to get in the middle. I'll probably just order another Western Home now. Note: our older dogs are 23-27 lbs and stand 16.5-18" tall. Most of these donut beds come in a 23" and 30" size (plus even larger and smaller), but the 23 is too small for our dogs, and the 30 is really bigger than they need. These two brands are among the few that offer a 27-28"size which seems to be perfect for this size of dog and doesn't take up unnecessary floor space.

Took in a stray kitten a few weeks ago and she had a serious leg injury. I need to keep in cage rested or outside and sleeping/not moving around and this is perfect! She begins to purr the second she gets on it, so it helps calm her down in her cage or helps her to fall asleep when she’s looking outside my window.Highly recommend if you need a cat bed. She wasn’t receptive of it for the first few days, but once she “found it herself” she couldn’t stop laying down on it.

It's a very cute cat bed, so I don't mind keeping it out. When we first got it, I thought it was too small for my cat but after using it just once or twice, it stretched out to a perfect fit.

My one cat hogged this right up..so much so that I had to buy a second one for my other cat!

This is a bed for our dachshund. She loves it. When it's too hot, she turns it over and sleeps on the other side. Lol.

Please don’t waste your time buying this product. It isn’t true to advert and not worth the money. I bought a large for my French bulldog and it’s more suitable for a yorkie. I almost bought a medium too! It came vacuum packed and too much hassle to re package and send back. Not as soft and supportive as the ad states. It’s infact rubbish. Luckily I raised my grievances with Amazon and got a refund. There are better beds around for the price of this one that’s for sure.

I mean yeh they are fine. The fluff is quite sparse so you can see the material underneath but for the money as my pets first type of bed like this it’s fine.However my photo shows two sizes … the smaller one is a ‘medium’ which based on the measurements should have been more than big enough but my Jack Russell cannot even fit inside the medium… so I ordered ‘large’ for the next one for my Corgidor and they both fit the large really well so I gutted now .. eventually I’ll have to get another ‘large’ - I guess I’m saying you probably need a bigger than you think size and it’ll be .. well, fine .. probably

Lovely material. Soft and cosy. But sizing is all wrong. Had to return original order and go for XL For a very small Japanese Spitz (6.5kg)!

My dog took to this straight away I ordered XL was expecting it to be bigger that’s why 4 stars but she has managed to get comfortable in it.

ordered the extra large bed which stated it was big enough for a labrador. Our labrador is not on the large size and could barely fit on it. Very disappointed in the sizing.This size would only fit a small dog. Not a larger breed dog.Item itself was lovely in colour and texture. Just poor sizing of item.
