Works really well. The only shortcoming would be that the electrical cord is quite short.

Pump & motor work good, Controller not working (won't shut off) Amazon won't just replace the Controller anymore ! It would be a lot easer to send the controller back ( plastic ) instead of the whole thing !NOT HAPPY

I installed this unit to supplement an existing well water tank. Our pressure was low. I purchased a different pump that worked well for approximately one month and then started turning on and off constantly and made quite a bit of noise.I had to order some of the needed fittings and applied teflon tape but it leaked at first. I placed more teflon tape and this resolved the issue.It is currently running like a charm with much improved pressure. It runs so quietly that you can hardly hear it when in the same room.The only knock is that the shroud was bent when it I opened the box. I had to adjust it since the fan was hitting it.All in all, it seems to be a good quality unit.

Been powering 2 apartments above garage for pressure and it seems to work great after 10 months of use. Lot of use actually. The minimum setting is too much so i have to control it with a valve. I wish i didnt have to though. Seems to over pressurize to where the overflow valves on hot water tanks are spilling water🤦🏻‍♂️UPDATE: Bought another for the house and it failed within a year. Came home from vacation to a tripped breaker. Pump probably failed and over heated

Very powerful pump, does what they say it will do.

If I could I'd give this pump zero stars, I would! It's only been hooked up for 2 days, with light use (a few dishes, bathroom and showers. No laundry!) and the control switch would not turn off. It does not come with enough technical support for the product. Nor does it come with any technical support contact information to reach the actual company. There's no reason, on our end, for this to be happening. ALREADY especially! Now we are resumed to plugging and unplugging the pump to use the water for our basic needs while we wait for our replacement to get here! It took a week the first time, coming from usps of all delivering services and will take another week of plug and unplug!! Extremely frustrating!! Amazon always makes it right with replacements or refunds but there should be better product support from the actual companies.

I purchased the pump, installed it with great success. It has great pressure and worked perfectly. I had a slight problem almost a year later, and the representative was great. Replied to my concern within the hour, I was impressed. The company is fixing the issue and I am very pleased.
