Quinoa Pasta
A great product as an alternative to wheat pasta, gluten-free, fewer calories and higher nutritional value, and this is what I want. Thank you really for this product and I will definitely buy it again.

More protein but a bit stodgy.
Seemed like a good idea to get extra protein and maybe worth trying but i found taste and consistency not particularly nice.

Almost Inedible
I've eaten all sorts of GF pastas and enjoyed them all but this really was awful. Mealy is the word I'd use. The taste was neither here nor there but the texture was what I imagine wartime, plasterdust "flour" products to have had. Avoid.

Expensive and disgusting
Those pasta are just way to sour.It ruins itself when boiling and the taste is horrible for such a high price.Much more and better gluten free pasta alternatives.
