I do not think it controls frizz, but if your frizz is due to dry hair, then yes, it could help. If due to humidity, maybe not so much. I have been using KPak for 15 years or more, and it is a wonderful product to keep your hair moisturized and conditioned. My hair is about 30" long and my hair stylist says that I have the best hair in his salon. I use KPak twice a week and I never have split ends. Never.

Q: Do you need to follow by a conditioner?

Hi, the K-Park reconstructor is designed to be a deep conditioner which is left in for about 10 minutes, minimum. It will serve as your conditioner for that round of shampooing. If you use this once a week you can use a regular conditioner in between the deep conditioning treatment the rest of the time.

Q: my hair is breaking like crazy. Is this to be used after shampooing? How often should it be used? Can it be used with a reconstructing shampoo?

Yes, use this after a reconstructing shampoo once a week in place of conditioner. You should also invest in a leave in conditioner and an oil (not a serum).

Q: I’d this for colored hair or will it cause colored hair change? Doesn’t say for colored hair.

I have semi-permanent color in my hair, and this conditioner does not affect it. Please note, however, that this is NOT a good product to by online, as it has a tendency to "turn" with age. You really need to buy it in person and sniff it. If it has a slightly sour smell to it, it won't be any good.
