Insignia Flex 2in1 Touchscreen Tablet/Laptop (NS-P11W7100) - 32GB, Black, With Keyboard, 11.6" - Refurbished

Awesome is all I can say. It's like having my big screen desk top in my lap. It doesn't get as hot like a laptop or other tablets. Keyboard easily comes off and goes right back on. It is heavier than other tablets ,but it is very sturdy. Dropped it once already with no dings or screen issues. Touch screen works as good as any.

DO NOT BUY THIS. The audio drivers are rigged to fail once windows updates. I tried for two days reinstalling audio drivers and messing with device drivers and reinstalling windows to find out that the sound AND video crashed. I thought I was being smart by reading all the other reviews about how people fixed this problem. Here I am returning this.

This tablet is a good concept having a removable keyboard and 11.6" screen. I ordered two of these, one was brand new and the other was refurbished. They both had similar problems. Windows would periodically lock up and then randomly crash with the blue screen that says "Your computer ran into a problem and needs to restart." I returned them both and went with the Acer One.

I like the tablet and laptop function. Its the only thing keeping me with this product. I have problems powering up. In which i have to hold the button for up to 30 seconds until the LED on top turns on. Then, when it does power on the screen looks greasy (still from day 1). The touch screen isnt very accurate with a stylus. I only used this for Netflix and that function works decently EXCEPT THE PERM GREASY SCREEN. If i get help on removing the nasty looking screen i may be able to up the rating. Until then, i regret this tablet.

This little tablet has been a fantastic purchase. I did buy it used on amazon. I had several people try to scare me away from tablets as they are not all that powerful. Just keep in mind it is NOT a laptop. That said, I can browse with 8 windows open while making a power point and having my kindle open. I don't need it for much more than this and it's great! I did discover my power button would constantly get stuck shutting the computer down on me. I changed some settings so the power button does not turn it off anymore. Also it's a little picky about what charger it is plugged into. Some of the cell phone chargers work ok but many do not. Very simple set up and homescreen. Have a pretty stellar micro SD card to maximize storage. Keyboard is great. Good tension between screen and keyboard connection. Sound output kind of sucks but again, it's a tablet. The touch pad is a bit sensitive but not terrible. Really a great purchase for the price, even if I had bought it new.

It was working great, but then the audio device crapped out, and uninstalled itself so no audio. It doesn't seem to be able to repair itself or direct me to how I might. Would have been a 5 but this cropped up. So more software issue than hardware. Hardware is still great.

Product stopped turning on after only having it for 4 days. During the time that it worked, it was quite slow and laggy. I was okay with it since it was only 80$; however, it is quite a common problem with the Insignia Flex not turning on. Don't waste your money, buy something more reliable. It seems like Insignia really screwed it up on their tablets. It sounded so promising because it was so cheap but now I know why it's cheap when their products don't properly work at all. A lot of people who have this tablet experienced these problems according to my Google researches. Just don't buy it.
