DECKING Oil 5L - SOFTWOOD Treatment - Clear - in TIN

I have about 20 square metres of pine decking in the garden. Over the years I've tried numerous 'emulsion' based oils, wood protectors and specific decking treatments - from various manufacturers. All have served their purpose but I have never been completely happy (closest I got to being vaguely satisfied is Barretinnes). Barretinnes is now coming in a £30 for 5 litres. Came across this stuff on Amazon and I have to say that I am exceptionally pleased - to the point of recommending it to future buyers. Absolutely cracking oil. Looks pure and applies like a dream. Dries quickly and reveals the grain and organic nature of the wood. Had to wait a few days for delivery but arrived as promised. Used a four inch brush and applied by hand. Took approximately two hours to do the 20 square metres. Seriously, don't bother with stains or emulsions - just buy this stuff. Absolutely fabulous. Really impressed with this supplier and their product. Will I buy it again - most definitely (already on my Christmas list much to the dismay of my wife). Five stars from me.

Easy to apply a little goes a long way. Quick drying. Enhances the decking with a lovely golden colour. Great value for money..

The chore of treating the decking loomed, and we usually turn to the No Nonsense range from Screwfix. In their wisdom they have discontinued this line and replaced it with something (according to the reviews) not worth its salt, so the hunt for a replacement began.There are plenty of expensive water based products, but we wanted a true oil, solvent based, not an emulsion. The reviews for this product were good, so we took a chance.The product is quite viscous, clear and goes on well with a medium pile roller. We didn't get as much coverage as the pack states, however I think this was due to the decking not being oiled for a couple of years and was quite thirsty. The decking looks great. It rained a few hours after applying, and the rain beaded beautifully!We will definitely purchase again, and will give another coat before winter. Fab stuff.

Great product really soaks into wood to protect it, a little goes a long way also great value for money better than some branded products I have bought in the past will purchase again.
