This is exactly what I was looking for to put on these chairs I found on the side of the road and it worked beautifully, perfect color and texture. Very easy to work with ❤️

I was going to re-upholster my office chair and was looking for "cowhide" fabric. I have seen another product at Amazon, more popular than this one. But few things I did not like about that more popular fabric: wavy pattern and pattern in general. I have seen customers images and some of them have very obvious repeated patter on their furniture. I did not want that. So, I was looking for something else. I have found this fabric and looked at the Fabric Empire company website. Their website is far from perfect, but I order the fabric from Amazon. They charge the shipment and I paid a little more (.50 or .75) for expedited shipment. The fabric was delivered within 10 days. (Not expedited shipment takes 14 days if I am not mistaken)The fabric itself is very good quality. Strong enough and stretchy enough to make it easy to work with. Seller picture is not great (too small), I have added mine, full width. Light part is beige color, not white. There are some lighter spots too, but not many. As you can see on my picture there is a pattern every 32", but for my chair it worked great. I did not need specifically select the fabric to avoid to see the pattern. The fabric is soft on touch, but it looks like it is a very good quality that will hold for years. I did not intentionally make my chair dirty, but I do not see any problem cleaning it. However, I stain it accidentally - it will blend :)I have purchased 2 yards, it cost me about $20 per yard. It was enough to finish my office chair and I got leftovers enough for small ottoman or footstool (16x24).I hope this review will help you to choose fabric, sellers picture/description is not enough.YES, I will buy it again without hesitation, highly recommenced to give it a try if you are looking for something like this one.

A real looking and feeling material...perfect for covering my bench to add to my western decor!

Looks and feels just right for a seat reupholster job. Not super coarse hair but a smooth feel. I like it. Worked well

Looked like real cowhide. Easy to work with as it was substantial. Made my rv look very cool. Decorated it very southwest with leather couch, recovered chairs and art work. Will order southwest fabric for curtains.

It even feels real, like a very short cow hide.

I absolutely LOVE this material. I wasn't sure what to expect but it certainly did NOT disappoint! The print is so realistic and has enough variation in the pattern as to not get boring or fake looking. The material not only looks great but is also incredibly soft. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for cow print material.
