Some reviews spoke about this product not dissolving or tasting bad. I did not find this to be the case. It takes a while to see results when taking supplements so it would be premature to comment on that yet. Good combination of vitamins and I’m happy it is made to take sublingually.

I take both vitamin D3 and B complex so this is really convenient for me. It’s a very tiny pill that just melts under your tongue. Sometimes I swallow it with my other vitamins. It tastes ok.

Love these tiny dissolvable pills. They are very mild tasing pills. It really makes things easier when the pills are easily dissolved Highly recommend. These are great for energy and help me throughout the day

I hate taking pills. I have so many medications (thanks chronic illness) and if I can take them as anything but a pill, all the better. I'm trying to find Vitamin D that maximizes absorbency since I have a deficiency, and this dissolves sublingually at a rate well beyond most sublingual vitamins. That likely has to do with the size more than any brand-specific techniques, though. They're tiny! I'd highly recommend them for anyone who has a hard time swallowing medication or chewing tablets.That said, the taste is so weird. It's primarily a synthetic fruity taste, but there's an underlying taste of dairy. The combination is really not pleasant to me, but it doesn't last long since it dissolves so quickly.

I've tried several different brands, but these little guys are the quickest to dissolve under my tongue and have a pleasant flavor too.......

I've been B12 and D deficient for years. I tried gummies and pills and my blood tests never budged. It turned out I have hypothyroidism, which I read can affect absorption through digestion, so I tried a sublingual spray. No effect and overpriced. Then I tried these. They worked! For the first time since trying supplements, my blood tests have shown my levels right smack dab in the middle of normal. I've been recommending them to my friends too. Taste is fine, but you don't taste them too much when they're under your tongue. And you only need one to get the daily supply, which is rare in a vitamin

I need to take B12/D3 and have used this product for a year or so, so far my levels have been fine, & with no shots, disolves great, small size good taste, will continue taking them.

Melts well. Taste is very tart. Not finding the Folic Acid benefits as other supplements.
