This is a 2 package deal, which helps offset the cost. The taste is mild and slightly "earthy" like twigs, but not at all unpleasant. My boyfriend makes a thermal and brings it to work to sip on all day and he says it helps him curb his appetite. We both started drinking it because we read that it could help with the breaking down of high carb foods so it doesn't convert to sugar (diabetes runs in my family). Plus, I'm hoping it will help with decreasing inflammation in my knee.
