Q: What are the case dimensions? Can it be stuck onto an iPhone 11 cover without blocking the camera lens?

Dimensions of my case for these is 5 by 14 cm. Not sure if they would fit on your phone or not. Why not cut out a bit of paper that size and try that :-)

Q: My current readers are a 2.0 but they are good for 1.75 - 2.25 so I can see the keypad and what's on my desk easily; are these lenses similar?

Q: Comfortable to wear all day working on a computer?

I found the arms too short and returned them. Bought originally as something convenient to carry around for the few minutes use, always aware that convenience means quality in another area has to suffer but the short arms were too much of a compromise. Tried the 2.00+ on a screen and i had to move my head close up to see text on screen (1.25 & 1.5 probably OK at reasonable distance). Having said that for computer work and note reading I have "occupational varifocal glasses" better for long term use on eyes
