For me, this works great, when I needed to get my stomach/intestines back in line after taking antibiotics (which I should have taken during), this did the trick. It took a little bit, but it definitely made me feel much better. Even now when my stomach doesn't feel well, I just take one of these and within about 20 minutes I am good to go for the day.

I work at a daycare and I’ve been taking one of these every day and my immune system has greatly improved! I would totally recommend this to anyone who is struggling with a weak immune system! The elderberry is a particular taste but it’s tolerable.
