Good gag gift for fun times on the course
I pulled one of these out of my bag when I golfed with my dad this past Father's Day and it worked perfectly. The cloud of smoke when he made contact was big and the shock of him hitting it was hilarious, definitely a great memory for Father's Day. There are a couple of things I did notice about these that may tip off the person you flip the ball to in hopes of having a laugh. These are noticeably lighter than actual golf balls so if someone catches it and actually picks up on it then the joke won't work, also there's a grove where the two halves of the golf ball meet so the off chance the person notices that could tip them off as well. Or if they're nosy like me and look for the name of the brand of ball they're using, they'll notice a name they've never seen before. All in all, a good gag gift for group trips to the course with friends.

They burst into dust but there is no loud bang.
I was hoping for an audible bang when hitting these or at least where it would make someone jump. It did not do that. Exploding in my mind goes bang. Maybe going bang would make these dangerous at that point but none-the-less, be advised, these do not go bang/boom. I have only hit one so far but it was a let down. I bought 3 sleeves...so, only 8 more to go. Yeah.

Disappointed
Ball only explodes, there is no loud noise, which is part on me because when I read "Explosive" I assumed it would make a loud noise, but it does not. The ball also is very light so anyone who has ever held a golf ball knows right away there is something off with it, which defeats the eliminate of surprise.

Ive tried these teo tomes now with the same results. No sound.. you have to hit exactly on the red dot for them to work.
