Hate it but need it
I've gone through 4 of these cases now. They are not durable. Even without being dropped, the clip part of the case will break off (the plastic part) or the spring will break. But it's the only case made for this pump so here I am buying my 5th case.... The larger section of the case that covers most of the body is more durable, but with a little drop on the bathroom tile, it will crack.

Breaks too easily at this price point.
Belt clip breaks too easily for something this price. A good plastics engineer could redesign it stronger. My bet is this is less than $3 to make so take some profit and redesign the clip hinge. Every review here says the same thing, yet Tandem refuses to redesign the case we all have to use. I am on my 5th case.

Good CS, yet bad design on the company to ...
Seems well made, yet no where in the description does it state that it's NOT compatible with the tFlex insulin pump. I had to go to the actual Tandem Diabetes website to see that.I called Tandem to see if they have any other cases besides tFlip leatherette case( clip is RIDICULOUSLY tight) and they stated no. The CS rep offered to send a list of websites that may POSSIBLY be able to fit the tFlex. Good CS, yet bad design on the company to have had an insulin pump out for at LEAST a year and no other options.Give CS a 5, product design and hearing a client a 3...After reading the reviews here, it seems that Tandem isn't quick to update product design or do they even read the reviews?

Basically junk, but its the only option
for such a sleek pump, the accessories Tandem makes for the T-Slim are garbage. This is my second clip in a year. The way the clip is positioned makes the pump top heavy, so if you are just clipping it to your shorts or underwear, its balance is off and constantly tries to topple over. Only time this clip works is if you thread your belt through it.

Broken clip after 7 months
The case worked well until the clip brackets broke after only 7 months of use. Of course that happened when I was out of the country on a tour and it was a big problem for me. Unfortunately there are no other good options for this device so I have ordered a new case. I have low expectations based upon other reviews of this product, but as I stated, there are on other options that will fit this device so with any good luck it may last longer than 7 months!

Only available option. Broke AGAIN.
I have not quite had my t-slim pump for a year yet and this is the 4th time my clip has broken and I've had to order another one. It is really the only option available, but I'm VERY disappointed in the quality of the product-these should last more than an average of 3 months (sometimes less). I am VERY mindful to be careful when clipping it on every day.I just had the clip break off again and will now have to order yet another one.I received my orders very quickly and have had no problems in that area.

No choice but this low quality piece of junk.
Overpriced, low quality item that you are forced to buy. We're on our 4th in 3 years, but really have no options since my daughter needs to protect the pump and have it clip on somehow. The original that shipped with the pump was a little better quality, but the clip broke in the first 9 months. We keep replacing with these (because there are no other options) and they just keep breaking. It's a low quality plastic and the part where the two halves come together is even thinner and just crumbles. What else can I do? Until I have a 3D printer, I'm stuck with this (at least until we replace her pump).

Junk
These are really pieces of junk. They break very easily. This is the third one I've had to buy in a year. The problem is there are no other options otherwise I most certainly would use one.

We are very disappointed that Tandem no longer carries the old cases. The clippers broke off easily from those, but they were very easy to clip to the waistband of my son's pants...

These cases are so flimsy. The clip breaks so easily. BUT they're the only brand/type on the market for the TANDEM. So I have to keep buying them every couple months.
