This will make you feel as if you’ve been taking antidepressants and I could closely relate my experience to Prozac or Effexor. Sleep was ok but for some reason when coming off of it, it intensified my anxiety but went away after a week. So this definitely helps with depression and anxiety but only short term. So if you plan to use this, I recommend taking it once every other day, not consecutively, as that can have a terrible impact on your withdrawals.

KSM-66 is the only ashwaghanda I’ll buy. Effectively takes the edge off of anxious feelings. I take one in morning and one in evening. Never upsets my stomach.

I really like these, since I have been taking them I seem to be in a better mood. I also seem to be more focused doing my day to day tasks. I did try other brands but they did not seem to have any effects compared to Puritan's Pride brand. I will stick with what works and this brand does.

Has a relaxing effect. 100% recommended if you have a very busy day.

I have anxiety problems and this helps alot.
