I am on my second bottle of this Omega 7 Oil... taking two tablets per day. I have been suffering for two years with major back pain, bone-on-bone disk in lower back and two messed up disks in my neck. Also, severe plantar fasciitis and hip bursitis issues. The first year, I had many, many procedures including cortisone injections, PRP and ultimately neck fusion last September. Hardest physical thing I have EVER been through. All of this resulted in tremendous weakening of my muscle structure (after years of regular, nearly daily workouts). I have been a wreck... totally backwards with my physical fitness and abilities. Post neck surgery, I have been in PT since January. My therapist said strengthening my core was the best possible answer to avoiding the lower back surgery. I have been trying supplementation for these woes along with therapy. I used the Curcumin from Smarter Nutrition and added tart cherry extract too. Both have helped somewhat. I read about this Omega 7 a few weeks ago and decided to try it. Without a doubt, I have to say that THIS supplement has made the quickest and most profound difference! I swear, I could tell a difference within about 3 days! Right now, I feel less pain than at any time in at least two years! I am still working hard at my strength, but even that has become easier and I can work out harder and feel a building endurance. My overall body pain has subsided to a Huge degree. I definitely intend to continue supplementing with this amazing Omega 7 Oil and highly recommend to everyone. This is a great product!

Purchased this because Barleans stopped making their Heart Remedy-Omega 7. This product works well but have to take 2 a day and still don't get the superior pain relief that 1 Barleans Heart Remedy provided. Started taking the Barleans to lower C Reactive Protein and was very surprised that it also greatly eliminated pain. When Barleans Heart Remedy was no longer available tried Sea Buckthorn Omega 7 which did nothing to relieve any pain, at least for myself. Found this on Amazon and very glad to have found it. Get pain in the lower thumb joints and this product relieves the pain to the point that life is livable. Have a subscription.

I love the Omega-7. I've only been taking it for 2 weeks, but I noticed a change just 1 day after starting it. My bp was 198/112 the night before I began to use it, and the 1st night my bp had come down drastically to 137/76. I feel great. No more issues with my IBS, the awful arthritis pain that kept me awake at night barely bothers me much anymore, I have actually been able to sleep comfortably through the night without being woke up from pain or having to pee every hour, I've even lost a little weight and am finding that I am not craving much of anything that's bad for me. I can't wait to see what my cholesterol is like. Last time it was tested, my Ldl was waaay out of control at 380. I'm sure that there's an improvement there as well. My goal is to break free from having to take prescription drugs for high blood pressure, cholesterol, and pain management. I can actually see this as a possibility now thanks to Omega-7.

So, I started taking this because I had an injury to my shoulder, and couldn't raise it above level, and had a hard time with back zippers, etc. Just shooting pain. I was told it wasn't arthritis but doctor said not much he could do but give me painkillers. No thanks. I thought, this is supposed to help with inflammation, so I ordered it. I have been taking it now for over two years, and I absolutely love it. My pain is completely gone - disclaimer, I don't know for certain this did the trick, but after a few weeks, it felt better than it had in two years, so you decide. Plus, this is not from sea buckthorn, which is good. Highly recommend.

This is one of several products I have added to my routine, seeking relief from pain in my hands and elimination of inflammation. I've been working on strengthening my body with supplements after PT (which I am continuing on my own now) to improve my balance and strength. The supplements I've added over the past month, this one about two weeks ago. Perhaps it will work eventually. The combination has done things like making my hair thicker and taking the gray out--very nice but way down on the list of improvements I was really looking for. The biggest thing is that my gum soreness has cleared up, a sure sign that SOMETHING I am taking (or the combination) is working on inflammation--I just wish it would hurry up and act on my joint pain! I can say that the product does not cause indigestion and is not "fishy."

I started taking this after watching a video about omega 7 but the product at the end of the video was $50! I was like…nahh so then I search other omega 7 and this one is amazing. I didn’t take it to lose weight but it does take my cravings away.. I don’t feel sluggish I’m in my second bottle y’all! I e been using it for 1 month. I prefer to take two capsule you can take one of you want but if you so some research on omega 7 this is great for you! No side effects just take it with your other vitamins.. I promise you it will change your eating habits. Specially if you crave a ton of sugar. Like I was.
