It works great for me. I don't have any training,, I just read the directions and watched some videos. I was slow and careful. The needle is really too small to even hurt but it must go all the way in; when I didn't do that it didn't work. The current stings a bit but i deadened with lidocaine ( which i clean off before treatment and deaden with ice followed by alcohol) Just follow the directions and cover small area at a time.
