POSATE Clear Knives, Heavy-Duty Crystal (100 Knives)

I ran out of plastic knives from the multi pack I purchased from BJs. They were sturdy and matched closely with the BJs clear spoon and forks. When I run out of just one I will definitely purchase these again.

Sometimes that's hard to find just a single type of utensil such as knives when I have so many left over forks or spoons, so it was nice to find this.

Sturdy and looks well

As far as price goes, these are great, easily 5/5. I'm leaving 1 star off because I believe there is some room for improvement when it comes to sturdiness. They aren't too flimsy, but I wish they were a little more stiff. I'd say for most things these are just fine. But lets say you stick this in a jar of jelly to try and mix and soften the jelly up, the knife will break in half each and every time. For the most part these knifes are great though, jelly can be pretty stiff and hard to mix up so I'm not knocking these too much. Just wish they were a bit more durable in that aspect, because I do love me a peanut butter and jelly sandwich from time to time. Still worth the buy, definitely a good price. If you are looking for plastic knifes, these really are fine.

This is a good product. I use the Posate® brand knives, forks and spoons. The utensils are very sturdy when used PROPERLY, and will not break under normal conditions. Reviewers who've stated they “break easily” are apparently not using them correctly. Anything will break if one bends it too far or handles it roughly.The knives are sturdy and the serrated edge will easily cut through most meats and other tough-to-cut foods. I have also used these knives to cut through a cold stick of hard butter. The trick is to place your index finger near and over the cutting end of the knife (place finger on the blunt edge while cutting).Someone asked if these plastic utensils can be washed in the dishwasher. The answer is YES, provisionally. The provision is these plastic utensils can be placed in the silverware insert in the bottom rack. But you must remember to remove them immediately after the last rinse cycle stops, when the “heated dry” cycle begins; alternatively, the plasticware may remain in the dishwasher if “air dry” (no heat) is used.The products are just a bit pricy, but in the end, you get what you pay for: a good, sturdy product.
