I switched to these after using Carbamide Forte multivitamins. Had to stop buying those because they always were spoilt and had white little fungus spots. These ones do not have that problem, they are free of any spots or mold.My mom and I have been having these for many weeks now. They have a decent taste and are easy to swallow. We have not had any bad reaction or upset stomach due to having these.However I have not noticed any difference in my overall health. Perhaps I was getting enough vitamins from my food to not need these but I did not notice any difference overall. So go for these if you have a vitamin or mineral deficiency and are not getting them from your food. But if you eat healthy and wide variety of foods then you do not need any multivitamins. Best would be to check your blood for vitamins before you decide to make a purchase if you can afford the blood test.
