I am not a professional reviewer. No one has paid me for this review and I have received no products in return for it. It is my true, honest opinion. I cannot rave about this cover-up enough. It is gorgeous. I have a short waist and large hips, and the double tie in the middle helps give the illusion of a long waist and it doesn't make my hips look big. It is very forgiving. If I had to say a negative thing about it, it is that this fabric needs to be ironed, a lot. You will need to keep it hanging up and it will have to be ironed every time you wash it. I wear tankini tops with bathing skorts at the pool, and I can walk around with this cover-up on even inside around guests and not be embarrassed. I have even thought that this would be cute with a pair of black slacks and a tank top for a night out.

Perfect for an overall week look

Navy (Round P) Patterned Kimono looks like pic- very pretty. Well made & seems quality but... runs very small! I'm 5"6' & full figured so XXL should've worked especially since had ties!! I'd say the XXL was about the size of a L. Not even an XL really. I wanted to wear it as a cardigan cuz so pretty but it's too small to do that nicely! It comes around each of my sides only a few inches & would look too odd with the ties so far extended on both sides in order to tie it. It's not really made to hang open plus would be too obvious that it's too small for me. Bummer cuz so pretty & nice material & well made. If you want this pattern/color hopefully you're thinner & small waisted ;) Funny tho, the arms fit nicely as did the rest of the garment. The cut was nice. Just needed a few more inches of material in front.

I loved this cover up, it is very light fresh material, it works great in hot weather and humidity. The pics are in a beach in Costa Rica, and I was super comfortable and fresh all day. For reference I'm 5'5 - 145 lbs and I got a Medium, I think I should get L next time because I want it more lose on my waste.

These are gorgeous swim cover-ups, as long as you do not dry them in the dryer (and probably a good idea to wash on cold/delicate cycle). However, after returning from our Cancun trip I (as always) did laundry and included this beautiful turquoise one in my colors load. I washed on cold as I always do, and dried on med-low, as I always do. Big mistake. In the pic you can see just how much it shrunk - at least 3 inches in length and probably a good 2 inches in width. These are both size L. I did not take the black one on my trip so it has never been washed. Before washing these fit very comfortably with about 2 inches of extra room around the waist when tied completely closed. Now, the turquoise one is super tight to close it completely and the length is very awkward. Also, since the length has shrunk, the “waist” now hits *right* where the underwire of my bra is (empire waist style), and it is very uncomfortable. Going to give it away to my 5’ tall niece (I am 5’8”, 177 lbs, 36DD, and wear a size 10).

L turned out to be small, while XL and XXL were large

I ended up returning this cover up. It was ground floor length and the front opening wouldn't come together to tie. If you are tall and have a small frame, it may be wonderful. I'm short and heavy and it looked awful on me and was toooo small.

So so cute! Classes up a swimsuit. Love the vibrant colors.
