Excellent pedals that look gorgeous!!
So as we all know, stock pedals are just there so you can ride your bike home. 😉 I was considering purchasing red Deity pedals since I have orange ones on my Mukluk, but I had some concerns which I will address below.TL;DR: Light weight & solid; Gorgeous-looking color and design; Pins give fantastic grip w/MTB shoes and don't scrape up the legs;To start, I wasn't necessarily looking for aluminum pedals, but I wanted something that looked good with my red accents. I happened upon these because I REALLY wanted something that wasn't "boxy-looking" -- concern 1. Concern 2, I wanted good pins to grip my shoes, but I didn't want to gouge my calves every time the pedals brush up against them. The pins on these are absolutely perfect! They are slightly rounded on the edges, and my feet are firmly in place and never slide around, even when I get wet or muddy. As a note, I have 5 Ten Freerider MTB shoes. As for the looks, they are absolutely gorgeous!! The red pedals with the chrome pins looks so sharp - not that people see that when you're riding, but hey, it's the little things right? Also, the fact that they are a bit tapered at the ends is exactly what I was looking for (concern 3). And the aluminum aspect of it I think is awesome. They're lighter than my expensive-ish nylon pedals on my Mukluk. Now there is one thing I do want to mention, and I do not know if this is a good or bad thing: I am not a gearhead or anything, but with these pedals I do notice that they don't spin very freely. By that, I mean for example, when you try to make 'em spin by slapping one side or by using your garden hose when you're washing it, they don't spin much. I do know enough about bearings to know if they are loose or too tight, and they feel just fine. I definitely don't notice it at all when I'm riding, however I did want to mention that.I truly love these pedals a ton, and I plan on getting another pair for my next full-suspension MTB!! 😎

thin, nice reflectors and good pins for grip
bought these for my wife's road bike as I wanted flats, these have solid build with great screws to provide great grip, and the reflectors are a nice bonus for the road. As usual the Rock Bros have a great price

beautiful quality
These bike pedals are of great quality and very smooth compared to my old pedals. Love the red pedal which matches some of the outer red design on the Cannondale CAD. Easy to install with the new pedal wrench I also bought with the pedals.

Absurdly good for the price
Pretty surprised at the quality of these. I purchased a $3500 gravel bike and had minimal money left to spare for pedals, so I purchased these as a temporary solution. So far they have massively exceeded expectations, which were not very high given the cheap price. I imagine that I will ultimately upgrade my pedals, but I have kind of been asking myself why since these are a pretty darn good. Not sure on long term durability yet, but I have been using these on daily mixed gravel/road rides for a few weeks now and so far no problems. Lightweight, grippy, easy to install, good fit and finish, look good - can’t go wrong for the price.

Great pedals
Work much better than the cheep nylon ones that came with my e-bike. These can handle me really cranking on them and feel solid with no squeak like the cheap ones. Well built and very solid and look nice I. The titanium finish.

Great option for the price!
I bought these pedals to replace the stock Bontrager pedals on my Trek MTB. I opted for the aluminum flats with pins simply because I enjoyed the look of them, and in my more adult years, the idea of having the threaded pins jammed into my shin is a lot less appealing. The pedals are made very well and function as a pair of pedals should. If I’m riding casually around the neighborhood, I wear Vans or other skate shoes, and the pedals are comfortable but are a tad slippery. However, with a pair of Adidas Five-Tens or similar flat shoes, your feet will stick like glue. If you’re searching for a cheap alternative to the more expensive name brands, I highly recommend this set of pedals; you won’t be disappointed.

Good pedals
Got these for my boyfriend’s bike and he likes them. Definitely a must have when you have bigger feet as it gives more space for you to be comfortable. My boyfriend is 6’4.

Fit and finish is VERY good for the price. Studs need to be reworked.
Wanted to get some red blink for refreshing my bikes color scheme, and thought to give those a go, as I have usedcomposite pedals from Rockbros before and I was pleased.I've appreciated the toned-down styling vs. the "spacey" over-stylization that many aluminum pedal designs "suffer" from, regardless of price. Of course, this is subjective, but I think Rockbros out-did most of the competition going for a simple design. The pedals came in a simple box, looked very sleek and the anodizing was consistent throughout, matching most red-accents already on my bike pretty closely. What I did not like as much, is how grippy the studs were. They used inverted torx / e-torx bolts, but instead of threading them through the pedal for the threaded end to be the point of contact with your shoe, they've left the rounded e-torx head to act as the stud: this doesn't provide enough bite to get good purchase of most soles.Don't get me wrong, there is grip, but it is nowhere as good as Rockbros' own composite pedals, or the Raceface Chesters they've "borrowed" from, or Cranbrothers' Stamps etc, all of which use the sharper, smaller in diameter threaded portion of the screws as their studs, that really dig into your shoes' rubber. For casual riding, it might be good enough for most customers, but for more aggressive riding, tricks like bunny hops, endos etc where you need to "pull up" on your flat pedal, these are clearly more slippery than the more conventional designs.I chose to return them, but the basis for a great pedal at an amazing price is there, should they choose to update their studs - or alternatively provide two sets in the box, one for those that wish for a more aggressive stud, and one as-is. And perhaps a e-torx wrench to remove the "blunt" set, as most people won't have one.
