This made glucose monitoring much more comfortable for the patient and reduced stress during the recovery phase. Its very easy to fix the sensor over skin and the BeatO app is very useful in giving proper instruction and guidance for applying sensor and how to interpret things.In case of any query we could easily call the toll free number so that there is extra guidance.Continous recording very useful for comparing previous values. The alerts for high and low glucose levels were particularly useful, as they helped us respond quickly and adjust diet or medication when needed. The readings were consistent with glucometer checks, and the data trends helped us understand how glucose levels changed throughout the day. Overall, the device was easy to use, reliable, and very beneficial for postoperative monitoring as well as those who requires continuous monitoring like Type 1 diabetes mellitus . It gave us confidence in managing blood sugar levels effectively during a critical recovery period. I can proudly say that my mothers Hba1c falled from 8 to 6.3 after 1 month. Product is amazing. Every thing is digital, simple & impressive. Data is stored in the app & can be easily accessed & provides necessary insights. My only confusion is that when I received the product everything was great but there was no seal or shrink wrapping on the boxes, which is weird as most of the products in the market have some kind of seal on it.

Good device, compact easy to carry also the result processing is very fast. The setup process is also easy and there was a hiccup with the device which the customer service representative resolved quickly.

I would have given this product 5 stars, but I’m deducting 1 star due to the quality of the lancet pen provided. The needle pen does not feel sturdy and needs improvement. Apart from this issue, the glucometer works well and provides accurate readings. Overall, it’s a good product, but the accessory quality could be better.
