The Sinsa - Korean Flavored Barbecue Beef Jerky

I was a little skeptical at first, but bought a package of this after asking an independant Jerky store (that's all they sell) owner in Boone, NC what the best stuff in his store was. I figured the guy has probably tried most of his inventory at some point and could probably point me in the right direction. He didn't even hesitate and told me to try this flavor. I didn't even open the package for two weeks, but once I did, I was REALLY impressed. It's fantastic! Perfect moisture content and has just the right amount of heat and awesome flavor. The guys hit it out of the park with this one. I've probably tried somewhere between 100-150 different kinds of jerky over the years and this one is hands down the best of the best.

Apparently, my definition of Korean BBQ and this company vary GREATLY. I am pretty brand loyal to an amazing pork jerk company that makes a fantastic Korean BBQ product but decided to try this because I believe in supporting small business.Holy. Balls.This is soooo spicy.My mouth was on fire kind of spicy. The package talks about sweet with the right amount of spice. We are not in agreement on what right looks like in this case. There is absolutely no flavor that resembles Korean BBQ here. Nada.On the positive side, the product itself is nice in that it is cut into small strips and even includes floss in the package!

Outstanding Jerky but I would not consider it Korean Flavored. This is pretty close to the spiciest jerky I've every had. Fine by me, I love spicy. The genius that decided this should include a floss / tooth pick should be given some kind of award. Brilliant idea and very useful.

This beef jerky is good but, I wish I had known how spicy this was before it was bought. The spicy should really be emphasized in the description. I bought this for someone else that could not eat it after one bite. That being said the texture is great and favor is good if you can handle the heat.

I love the flavor but the texture was a little wanting. Also the pieces were more like tiny little shreds than actual pieces. This company needs to have a little bit better quality meat that they base their product on. Before I buy from them again.

The spice level was good, but was a bit too salty. You only get 2.25 ounces of product. The jerky is cut into small strips, which I like because it makes it easier to eat. I also liked the texture. Not too soft like you're eating fruit roll up, but not super tough either like you're chewing on a rubber tire. Overall, it was ok. Probably wouldn't order again because shipping took foreeevvver.

Amazing, some of the most tender and tasty beef jerky I've ever had. Don't shy away from the price, it's definitely worth it.

Great tasting and very moist...it is very hot..so obviously if you don't like hot things...it's not for you. I had to order it a second time it was so good!
