High Strength
I bought this because it contains a high dosage of Vitamin C, E and Zinc and coming into winter I take these to keep my immune system strong. It's cheaper to buy these combined rather than individually so its definitely worth the money. I will definitely buy again!

Feeling a difference already
I bought these due to a lack of energy and because vitamin c helps with iron absorption. The zinc and vitamin e are great complimentary ingredients as they all support the immune system. It’s been a week of taking these so far and I already feel the difference. I’m much more energetic and alert with better focus at work. Highly recommend

A blend of natural organic ingredients to top up your fibre at a really great price. Much more cost efficient than buying chia, baobab and psyllium desperately and the capsules are high strength. This is the fibre supplement to buy!

A much needed boost to the immune system
One rather large capsule which we are advised to use twice daily; I didn't have a problem swallowing them but other might. I am taking to help with my general health now we are not leaving the house much; no obvious side effects and I have been taking them now for 3 weeks.They appear to have a higher than usual vitamin content so for two months supply I thought they were rather good value. Difficult to say if they are making any difference but so far I haven't caught any colds or coughs so maybe it is because I am taking this supplement. Would purchase again to get me through the winter months.
