I’m really pleased with the TP-Link UE300C USB‑C to Ethernet Adapter. It’s a compact and reliable solution for laptops that don’t have a built-in Ethernet port. Setup was completely plug-and-play and it delivers fast, stable **Gigabit Ethernet speeds (10/100/1000 Mbps)** over USB-C. The **LED data transfer indicator** is a nice touch, as it lets you quickly see that the connection is active. Overall, it’s a small but very useful adapter that works exactly as expected. 👍

Does the job well.

ATTENTION: Well made adapter but check its suitability as it does not work with all android devices especially A11+ SUMMARY This is a reasonable well made adapter which works with SOME android devices but not all. In my case it works with 1) a Samsung R35 phone running Android 16 2) and Galaxy Tab A running android 11 3) BUT it does not work with the new Galaxy A11+ tablet also running android 16 The adapter labelling says that the hardware is version 2. The version number is not mentioned in any product literature or elsewhere - this is an critical omission as this information is important to the buying decision Version 2 hardware is understood to use the ASIX AX88179A chipset. The Version 1 adapter is understood to use the Realtek RTL8153 chipset. The Realtek RTL8153 chipset is believed to be more compatible with more android devices and versions. I needed an adapter which works with an A11+ tablet and therefore need an adapter which used the Realtek chipset. TP Link is a good brand but unlike other brands of adapter this version of the hardware does not use the RealTek chipset. So it is important to confirm before purchase that the V2 ASIX AX88179A chipset is compatible with your device VALUE: The price point (£9.99) is good value if this adapter works with your devices. The make quality and packaging justify this price point. A lower price point would represent a very good buy - if it works MY NEED: I needed a USB C to Ethernet Adapter to connect a Galaxy A11+ tablet to the internet in a location where there was no Wi-Fi. CONSTRUCTION: The adapter is well made and well packaged.

Excellent! My broadband connection is 900Mbps and this is achievable on my PC using ethernet. I tested this adapter on a Pixel 9, iPhone16, Pixelbook and Win11 laptop. First I tested wifi speed close to the router, then the adapter connected into my router. These are the results, all in Mbps.... Pixel9 wifi=225, adapter=375 iPhone16 wifi=217, adapter=335 Pixelbook wifi=486, adapter=917! Win11 laptop wifi=297, adapter=721 So the adapter performed really well. If you need to improve your download speed, this adapter will deliver.

Motherboard Ethernet cable was acting up, this was a great replacement.

Works.

The USB C Ethernet adapter is compact & is easy as plug & play. Laptop finds the adapter & internet connection works fine. However, although the connection works fine on browser, the connection drops on large downloading. My main use is gaming & when downloading games which some are 80gb, the connection drops causing errors in EA Games app & Steam. Both work fine via WIFI. So for me it doesn’t do the job but if just browsing the web it works fine.
