Definitely a good perchase
The chair is great. It gets the job done and it’s comfortable. The only issue is the assembly. It took me a while to figure it out because there is no written instructions, only pictures. But other than that it is a good chair.

Love Love Love this chair 😍
I purchased this chair to use to Shampoo clients from my home and I love it! Clients say that it makes them feel like they are actually at the salon. It is very sturdy and works great with the push seat. Putting it together is mostly easy but can be difficult until you figure out how the chair works. Great purchase overall!

BUYER BEWARE...If you want a DEFECTIVE product and pay $90 to return it then buy from them!
The chair was defective! Holes weren't lined up to put screws in, the cushion didn't have holes drilled in, the Allen Wrench (tool needed to tighten the screws), and about 4 screws were missing! BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, I notified them that I wanted a refund and it was approved. I printed the return label (via Amazon) and took it my local post office (they didn't specify who to use for the return) and had to pay over $90 just to send them their DEFECTIVE chair back that couldn't even be assembled! When I contacted Amazon about it, they said they weren't able to get the company to pay me my shipping fees ($90) ON THE DEFECTIVE CHAIR! That phone call lasted nearly 30 minutes of me telling them I want my money back and that they STILL DIDN'T PROCESS MY REFUND! I contacted them via Amazon over 2 weeks ago and still didn't have the refund.I hardly ever have a problem purchasing on Amazon, nor with the seller if I have a problem.

Not created properly from manufacturer!!
Very Sturdy, once I had a handyman put it together. This chair was missing a pertinent hole that a screw needed to go into in order for the chair to bend back to wash hair.

Screw does not match up to hole
The screw does not go in .. holes on the chair does not aline properly.. poorly made!!

Good value and is sturdy .
For an assembly challenge person , it wasn’t that bad . Fits nice with the sink purchased. Wish the sink was as easy and worked as well . Avoid sinks from Mudducksinks ... awful experience.

(EDITED) Missing Parts but resolved!!
This items legs holes aren't drilled and the bolts are not able to be used as well as missing parts to arm rest, contacted seller to get replacement parts or send back for a refund...update coming soon!UPDATED......THE COMPANY GOT BACK TO ME AND SENT ANOTHER CHAIR AND TOLD ME TO KEEP THE OLD ONE SO NOW I WILL HAVE A FEW SPARE PARTS IF NEEDED IN THE FUTURE... Thank you for replacement item!!
