Perfect for the thrifty, lazy GM
Pros: -The art is great. Front and back of each piece is illustrated. -Diverse set of pieces, many different kinds of monsters, npcs/pcs. -The plastic is pretty solid, difficult to bend/damage. -Assembly is easy. Pieces can be easily switched in and out of bases. -They take up little room to store. Cons: -Dragons, giants, and similarly sized creatures are a bit small, would have liked those pieces to be larger. -No explicitly POC npc/pc pieces. -Again, really happy with the selection of monsters in this pack, but there's no mimic piece (unless it is REALLY well disguised). Overall, a great set. Worth the price. I use card sleeves to keep them separate/organized.

Good starter deal.
Affordable high quality and easy to store. Only real gripe is that the bases are fragile and snap a lot.

These rock
Got these recently after getting the wiz kids acrylic ones, we like these more. The competition: The wiz kids are great for being acrylic but are kinda thick and though they are stiffer it is hard to insert them into thier bases (bases cracked) and they seem they will be bulky for storage. Arcknight minis - also:have stunning 2-sided artwork. The thin acrylic sheets for the minis we see as a "good thing" as they store much flatter (should be able to organize the minis in small envelopes by category for way easier management than 3-d minis or the thick acrylic ones.) Being thin there are a few downsides, one is trying to punch them out of their plastic sheets (some feel not as well scored to make it easy), the second is they have to be bent a little to go into the bases which I don't think is as hard as wiz kids, but still takes a little work to fit them in their bases and probably over time they may be more prone for the art to be worn off from gripping the sheets to insert and take out of the bases. Cost-wise they seem to have more value for the buck, we plan to get more packs in the future, and hope they keep up making more. Thumbs up!

Great for New Game Masters
Product is as advertised. Flat minis with great artwork and durable. Honestly better quality than I expected. This pack coming with 167 minis is great for new GMs that don't have a mini collection to pull from. While the pages of them might appear warped on arrival/from packaging, the minis themselves are fine once punched out from the pages with no noticeable warping. Can be slightly difficult to get them into the stands at times but it ensures they stay tightly in place. Would definitely recommend.

Some kinks to work out
They are really pretty and there's a good variety which is what I was looking for as a new DM. I did expect them to be thicker and im really annoyed that there's a lot of misalignment, cutting off a lot of feet and other stuff. Were they a lot cheaper I may not have cared but... despite there being a big variety im not sure Im happy with what I got for what I paid. I didnt have any trouble getting them out like some reported and im not dissatisfied with the bases either, so perhaps there's a lack of consistency with their machines. They'll serve me for my purposes and for that I wont return them but I hope to see improvements before looking into them for expansion sets.

Very good
Excellent bang for your buck, the set has a lot of stuff in it and most of it is great. Some common beasts and monsters for beginner campaigns, a nice assortment of humanoids that can be used as PC minis. They are very thin and easy to store, I have mine in a cheap plastic case I got a walmart thats for keeping beads/jewelry separated. There are a few trade offs though. The minis aren't always easy to remove from the page, sometimes requiring a bit of force or a hobby knife to free them. It's a bit risky as I had both a knife slip out of the groove while cutting and the plastic catch while trying to push another out. It wasn't very common but it happened ona few and should be known about so you can be careful with it. Another issue is that stands are a bit tricky to use, assembling the flying stands was a bit hard since I was afraid I'd break part of it and normal stands have a whole that's a bit oddly shaped making it a little tricky to get the figure inside of it. Over all the good far outways the bad, which is mostly just mild nitpicks so I highly recommend it.

Don't do it.
I have no idea how this product has so many positive reviews. These minis are trash. Literally I will probably throw them away or donate them. They say flat, but they are paper thin. I could have laminated a piece of paper and it would have been thicker. The pieces are uneven and unprofessional looking when you take them apart. Several snapped when breaking them apart. The art is OK, but seems printed too dark. I will not order more of these, which makes me sad. I had hoped to eventually get all the sets.

Great flat 2d miniture solution for your table with lots of versatility.
I just received these and they’re pretty awesome. I think they’ll make a great addition to our table. Why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5: Compared to other brands of 2D flat minis I’ve purchased, these have the lowest build quality. They’re printed on a thin plastic sheet—still sturdy enough to stand and definitely durable if handled with care—but other brands I own use a thicker plastic that feels more solid. I also wish the set came with a few more bases, though those are easy enough to order separately from Arcknight. Now for the good stuff: The artwork is excellent. It’s detailed, diverse, and versatile enough that many of the minis can stand in for multiple monster types across different sessions. They also take up way less storage space than traditional minis. My plan is to use these for hordes and secondary monsters while using full miniatures for Big Bads and lieutenants. One request: I’d love to see a set of 2D minis for hags, witches, and covens. I haven’t had much luck finding that style of creature in 2D form, and it feels like a gap that Arcknight could fill really well.
