I bought many different kinds to find out the comfortness, of my back because my back all of a sudden weakens and I need acupuncture to relieve other wise I will fall to pull muscle, this lower back support gave me more support, comfort and relieve pain. I will buy again sometime but I prefer Large,

This belt does not provide much support at all. The metal stays in the back are spaced too widely apart and instead of being on my back they are almost to my kidneys. I do have the correct size and it fits decently, but just doesn't provide support. I do like the mesh front, seems like it would breath really well. Lastly the stitching came very frayed in many spots, I would seriously be worried about the longevity of this belt.
