I have been buying this product for a couple of years now. It is amazing for giving energy and boosting your get up and go.It is a brilliant lift.I can notice the difference immediately within a day. It doesn't give you any strained, stressed feelings like caffeine, Ginseng or other pick me ups do. It is subtle in its deliverance but all of a sudden you have enough energy to do all the things you want to do.I think it is a mood lifter too.Unfortunately it doesn't come in capsules and it tasted a bit earthy so we bought a little capsule filler machine which cost about £10 and some empty capsules and fill them up ourselves.
