A cheap and simple way to brighten your bike

There are three types of valve caps in common use on bikes, Schrader, Presta, and Woods. We can ignore Woods because it's years since I've seen one of those. That leaves us with Schrader and Presta - Schrader is the type you also get on car wheels, it's big and the valve bit is concealed. Presta on the other hand you tend to get on racing cycles, it's thinner, and you can see the valve bit, which you have to unscrew before you're able to pump your tyre up.So, this is a pack of replacement Schrader valve covers, so you can use them on your car and on some bike inner tubes. They're green which is often a sign that you've filled your inner tubes with some kind of anti-puncture gunk, but that's not necessarily the case here, they're just green because it's a nice colour.It's a very good idea to replace lost valve caps because without them your tyres are likely to deflate faster than necessary. This pack of ten should cover most people for all the valve covers they're ever going to lose. If you lose more than that then you've got a problem and should be more careful.

These are excellent car, caravan, bike etc tyre valve dust caps. Made from strong plastic they fit my car and bike valve perfectly. I like the green colour as stands out more than the usual black. Useful to keep in car if loose a cap. Very pleased.
